Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

First of all staff charged me extra from the written price, not much but still that is not at all professional, and kind of personal favour, like a forced tip. Secondly I was here for just one day and the Ac remote and TV remote was delivered at 10 pm at night. Ac was on before but I needed to make the fan fast and all of that, and for 2 to 3 hours there were fluctuations in electricity, that doesn't justify the additional cost not even the actual cost.
I love the location and ease of access to the market, the comfort of beds and everything.

Nothing. Extremely pathetic management. It was booked more than 1 month prior through booking.com after reaching the property. The manager who was apparently sleeping. After making me wait for 15-20 min. He mentioned that the rent showing in the app or you booked at. We can't give you a room in this price. Cancel the booking and pay double. This is not our price. This is Booking.com price and we were not aware that booking.com has reduced our property price. I had to book another property at that moment with a doubled price. I had to book another ride with such heavy luggage. Paid double for other property. Such a shitty experience.

The photos posted on the site are fake. The actual rooms are different, smaller, and dirtier. The furniture is broken, and the bed sheets are dirty and smelly. The washroom sanitary and cupboards are also broken. Only two Wi-Fi signals were working, and the internet was slow. Please be aware that this one guest house is listed 3 times on Booking with different names
Only location is within 7 minutes walking distance from E11 markaz.

Everything was perfect
One of the most luxury guest house in islamabad. Highly neat and clean family inviornment. Best Everything was excellent, especially room services, room cleanliness, complimentary Breakfast, staff coordination. I would recommend to my all friend to stay in Travis Executive Guest House. Highly recommended for Families.

I did not like the owner attitude, I made booking and when I reached there he said he got no room for me and made me switch to a different place which was so bad thatnI had to checkout immediately and find a new place right there.
