The building management did not let our guests come at night. Its a big problem. They said you cannot have guests after 10 pm.

The floor wasn't clean. Kitchen had a lot of ants. Room service came the following day and only made up the bed. Didn't clean anything.

The apartment is big, with two bedrooms, both with attached washrooms. Beds were comfy but sheets were not clean. Washrooms were nice and clean.

Good do better with the cleaning , the building is a bit outdated. Construction work out starts early hours in the morning.

The location was good. A decent condo but definitely no presidential suite, I think the host should choose a different name

Ac of room abject to terrace have leakage issue. Water was dripping on bed. Sofas were bit dirty. Overall it was good experience.

1. Parking facility. Vehicle has to be parked in open exposed to rain hail and day time 40 degrees plus Centigrade heat of the sun. 2. Electric sockets were not working hence problem in charging. 3. They must also put standard door locks of good quality and 4. put ACs in the elevators. 5. The building stairs entry from outside to inside was dangerous (no railing and unfinished work) and no protections which may result in children and adults injury if they are not watching or careful.

Apartment is very shiny from morning to evening, Curtains should be more dark. There was no curtain on kitchen side. Cant sleep after morning. Towels should be match with the capacity of apartment. saw many small insects in kitchen area only.

Room service sometimes was not fast as they didn’t respond to my calls but whenever I contacted Mr Ammar regarding the room service he always provided assistance and they would be there in no time.

The location was very convenient and the views from the suite were exceptionally breathtaking. Moreover, the suite itself gave a very luxurious feeling and the owner Mr Ammar was a true gentleman who assisted and made sure that everything was up-to the mark for us. The security was also impressive.

Small complaint regarding lack of towel. It was requested and told it would be provided but never was. However a minor issue as we were only staying one night and the rest of the stay was good

Services provided by the management were very bad. Cleaning staff never came on time besides continuous follow up. They have a food menu pasted on counter top to order. But relying on that was a mistake, as we ordered breakfast for 7.30am next morning, but never got it. We kept calling the number provided that morning and did not get any response. At 11.45pm though, they called to ask if breakfast is delivered or not, which was way too late, and breakfast also never arrived.

The apartment was fabulous, views were amazing and location is wonderful. Centaurs shopping mall is on walking distance. Apartment is amazing and one can have a wonderful experience staying only if you don't rely on services offered by management.

I think the building should have had a couple of more lifts for the residential block , rest the luxury is unmatched

The location is heart of the city , the views are spectacular and the comforts are just like sleeping in your own home away from home , highly recommended, very cooperative staff ! Cleanliness 10/10 , never slept like this away from home .
