We stayed twice at the Bacelo Hotel, on a stopover in Naran between Islamabad and Skardu. The staff is very professional, attentive, and they helped us a lot the second time, on our return from Skardu. We were unable to book through Booking the second time at the Barcelo Hotel (allegedly, it was full according to Booking), so we had reserved another place that did not meet our expectations. We randomly returned to the Barcelo at one in the morning, and they found us a room (with an upgrade) and saved our night of rest (we were on a motorcycle road trip and had just driven 12 hours on sometimes very damaged roads). I stayed at the ground floor and three bedroom apartment. Although it didn't affect me directly, I noticed their lifts were not operative.

The staff and hotel management is exceptionally cooperative,well mannered and polite. Their cook, dining hall manager and all staff know their job well. Cook is excellently marvellous.

The matress is hard which is good for me but not for family, specially elders. If you like the hard matress, its good for you. Personally my family doesn't like the hard matress. Executive rooms doesn't have air-conditioning although it is mentioned on booking.com. The air-conditioning is only available in penthouse on roof top. I have to open the window for fresh air but the noise from outside was little disturbing. If windows are closed then the noise is minimal. Because there is no fan or air conditioning in room, i have to open the window. It would be much better if curtain lining or curtains itself are little thick to block light coming from outside. One room had some smell inside. I asked for changing the room and staff was very cooperative, they immediately changed my room. There was no smell in other room.

Staff and service is very good. Food is clean and have a wonderful taste. Butter chicken handi is a must try. Location is wonderful. Overall a good experience in the price range and available options in the area.

Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. Everything about the stay was perfect, from the room to the service to the food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naran. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Naran valley. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent management ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dining at the Barcelo Restaurant, and the food exceeded expectations. Every dish we tried was freshly prepared and full of flavor definitely a highlight of our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Barcelo Hotel Naran for families or anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great food in a serene setting. Will definitely return on our next trip.

Had a wonderful stay at The Barcelo in Naran. The hotel offers excellent service with clean and well-maintained rooms. Wi-Fi speed was surprisingly fast for the area, making it perfect for staying connected. I really appreciated the 24-hour availability of hot water — very convenient. Rebooked with these guys, they have provided exceptional services. We were not expecting something so professional in Pakistan particularly for serviced hotel. Nice property for family and kids. Everything was smooth. Hotel were cleaned and maintained well above our expected standards. Housekeeping team was very helpful. Amazing location close to everything I needed. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at night.

Hassan bhai is an absolute gem of a person made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff are very nice breakfast is amazing. One of the best hotels in Naran, can’t wait to visit again.

Cleanliness was an issue at first but we got the room cleaned again. Sheets had a fee stains, towels were a little dirty. So got everything done again and it was fine afterwards.

The property is new so everything was good. The rooms were roomy and ambiance was good.
