The host was friendly, the room really good and the bed super comfortable. We asked to store our luggage and the host let us stay in the room until 13, which we really appreciated! Location is incredibly good! I would highly recommend!

Nothing really. Sure, street noise comes up, but try staying in Florence by a main square with church (Piazza della Signoria), then redress the balance.............at least the noise here can be blocked out.

I liked this place a lot. Host (Krzys) was really helpful. Allowed me to check in a little earlier without any hassle (not discussed until I'd just arrived at the airport, when he sent me a WhatsApp message. He couldn't have timed it better! I was planning to kill some time, but he met me earlier than arranged). My review will be like most of the others: it's a good sized room, (some say otherwise, not sure why), great bathroom, comfy bed. Kitchen (as stated shared), adequately stocked even though I didn't cook. You get your own little fridge. Complimentary bottle of water, slippers as well. They don't need to be provided, but it's a nice gesture. So, all in all, it's not "perfect" (who defines perfect?), but for a single traveller and for 3 nights, great value for money, which is what I look for. Location is perfect too. Especially for the trains and just Krakow in general really. And yes, Google translate, job done.

Not a criticism, but you are sharing your kitchen space with another room, as made clear on the listing. If someone should come in noisily at 5am (….) then you are going to be woken. I used ear buds. The bed is very comfy and large but could be improved by having a top blanket to match (it is small for the bed), and by having the slats fixed to the frame. When I arrived the slats had all dipped down causing the mattress to sag. I took the time to fix it though and didn’t have any further problems :)

Really well located, in historic building at the edge of the old town. The person who checked me in was really helpful and nice. Check-out was flexible. I felt right at home! Bathroom is almost decadent and shower is amazing, all extremely clean. Nice and bright with large windows. Super nice touch having ground coffee and a moka pot to make an espresso in the morning! Well stocked, clean kitchen with your own little fridge should you want to cook.

The heating was on full blast so the room was very hot all night, even though it was -6 outside! We ended up needing to open the windows several times to lower the temperature. We were happy to do this though but just want to give feedback that perhaps the heating thermostat needs turning down to avoid wasting energy in the future.

Very old apartment building in a superb location just off the old square. Owner was fantastic as we arrived on an early flight he personally met us at the room and checked us in, allowing us to store our luggage and take the key with us to return later after the room had been cleaned. He explained everything very clearly to us through google translate and he was very helpful, no communication problems at all. We were very grateful for being able to check in early, thank you! Good facilities in the kitchen, shared with the room next door. The room itself still felt very private and we could not hear our neighbors (who were also very nice and friendly).

There's not a lot of hot water. It's more than enough for a short shower for two people but don't count on staying there for long.

The room is spacious and well decorated. The bed is comfortable and the wardrobe and desk help with organization. The heating system also works nicely to keep the room at an ideal temperature. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for a short stay.

The pillows and the mattress could use an upgrade, the windowsill could be an ok substitute for a table once the issue with the blind periodically falling down on us is resolved

Location is just perfect, right in the old town. The host keeps contact with me all the time to make appointment for check in because my train was delayed. The room is old style and very clean. A 1,5l water bottle was included.

The shared kitchen proofed to be a little bit challenging as the doors are not isolated and every sound is audible. A dish towel would have been great. The noise from the street and the beer garden next door made sleeping with open windows challenging. The apartment door had to be manually locked by key after getting in as otherwise everyone could enter without a key. To leave one had to open the door with the key again. In terms of fire safety regulations a questionable procedure.

Lots of towels, complementary bottle of water and slippers. The host was very friendly and managed communication through Google Translate. We were able to leave our luggage longer in the room. The water pressure in the shower was very good. Fast wifi.
