Just one thing…there were quite big spider webs up on the ceiling and in the bathroom was pretty big spider. I did not expect it a spider web nor such a big spider. It was not a new one, he was there for a long time

Firstly small things that were not up to a standard pf this price- old hair dryer and it was broken, the shower was moldy on the sides and beds were made unevenly ( you can see the sheets were not straight, someone was rushing). They didn't have non dairy options at the breakfast table (milk at least).

It's an upper class hotel with a great location in thr old town of the city. Breakfast selection was good, lots to choose from :)

The TV in the room was quite small. This was particularly disappointing as the Olympics were on.

A top-quality hotel in the middle of thr Old Town. The small wellness centre with swimming pool and saunas is certainly an added value. The breakfast was really delicious, with a variety of options and even a few sandwiches to take away.

The hotel is located in the historical center of the city. Amazing spa treatments are waiting for you here, as well as an excellent and hearty breakfast. When going for a walk, guests can take sandwiches and coffee to take away

We came there with very heavy luggage’s because we were travelling all over the Europe & we got disappointed When the luggage lifter machine outside the hotel was not working.. It was over 10 stone chairs or more to go upstairs to get to the lobby .. My husband has a big problem with knees & we suffered a lot to get all luggage upstairs and on the way back downstairs.. This should be fixed asap ..

We always stay at this hotel when drive by Elblang. We love the facilities, our sons favorite - jacuzzi and the play room on the 1st floor. The hotel is compact yet has everything you want for a family stay.

The initial welcome at reception could have been warmer, similarly on arrival at breakfast there was no welcome.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding served in a spacious room with comfortable seating. The staff were very efficient.

One thing you have to consider when booked. Both are out of the Hotel influence. As hotel located on the Old Town main street then there is two annoying sources - one a church on the next block - bells are historical and fine thing, but not in 6.30 morning, when need to sleep. Second is a night club just over the street onfornt of the hotel - on weekends people like to party and it may be annoying either. But I also have to mentioned as they noise is actually low - you hear them, but sound isolation is actually pretty good.

My biggest concern was about parking - as arrive with car. On the side street is free parking up to 200 m until canal, but its usually pretty full. So I did choose undergroung parking even my van height is excactly 2.00m, same as max allowed height. I could park there 3 nights and if someone else try to do same, be warned as not all garage is same height - some pipes is lower, so be carefully. Also is there pretty narrow space for car. The room was really nice, clean and comfortobal. Breakfast with good choice and tasty (as travel a lot, I really appreciate a good choice, especially coffe, that is available take away with cups). All desk staff was friendly and helpful (needed opener for wine and they loan it). Even SPA complex on the lower floor was pretty good with steam and finnish sauna and pool and bubbles bath. Havent opportuntiy to taste hotel restoran for dining, as returned late, but on the end side street is very good pizza restoran (truly - no advertise, let everyone discover by own).

The food at the restaurant should be of a higher quality; the meat was undercooked, and the broth had a very dark brown color and tasted like it came from a package.

I felt like a princess, and my grandson said it was the best hotel he's ever been to.

Me and my husband have stayed in this hotel a week ago. We were satisfied with the breakfast and the pleasures of the pool, although there is not much space in the pool and sauna area if there are more people at the same time. The refrigerator in the room, as in all hotels, is very small, and in the room we stayed in, the refrigerator obviously needed to go to a long-deserved rest. The room is basically neat and clean, the staff is nice and friendly. Basically I would recommend this hotel for a short trip. :)
