Breakfast is alright, but for a high-end hotel they should use slightly higher quality of foods and offer a wider bread selection.

The spa is small and smells a lot of chlorine. Access to the Regency club was closed even though it was included in the room price.

The temperature in the rooms was way too hot and no way for guests to control it. With window open the noise from the roadworks was too much. Pillows were way too flat.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice for everyone. Location was very good, trams and buses to all locations very close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Air-con controlled centrally. No dedicated area for children. Over strong 8/10. On of the best value for money hotel in Warsaw.

Helpful and welcoming staff - overall great value for money - we paid 110e for a night with breakfast 2 adults plus child. Massive room at 32m2.

It is not posh nor in the center, so if you would like to walk around, maybe look for other options. Breakfast could be better and prices at the bar are a bit on the expensive side.

I love old styles hotels that manage to almost be frozen in time and also keeping its soul and this is one of them. Great sauna and swimming poll facilities., great sized rooms and nice bath and shower in one of the biggest toilets Ive seem in hotels for a long time.

When we arrived the lifts didnt work, which was noones fault of course, but we were not offered help to carry our suitcases or even shown where the stairs were to get to our floor. The room was very clean and big, but the temperature was too hot in both the room and in the halls. We could not change the temperature in room ourselves. Also, we had no toiletbrush. When we went to use the spa area, which was nice and had a good athmosphere, there were No more towels and they Could not get us any, so we had to walk around in our wet robes, also going back to our room. One of our beds were very old and the mattress was so used, that I rolled to one side, cause it was so uneven.

Nice breakfast, especially the a la carte was very Fresh and good and nice kitchen staff.

There was only one set of cosmetics in the room for two. It is not clear how two people can wash with the same bottle if it is both shower gel and shampoo. Very poor breakfast for this level of hotel. The water in the pool is quite cool Construction near the hotel

The pillows were awful. I like being elevated when I sleep and their pillows sink into nothing.

The rooms do seem a little dated. The carpet in the room has had better days. Location is not great at the moment as there’s lots of building work. Dinner in restaurant was expensive for very little food

You cannot control the heating in the rooms and it gets extremely hot. It reached 25 degrees one night and even though we asked reception several times to turn it down, it remained very hot. We had to open the window but there is a lot of construction work going on right by the hotel so that meant a lot of noise.

We had a great stay. The spa facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Noise isolation should've been better in a deluxe room as I was bothered by the room next to me as well as the party.

It was a very enjoyable experience overall, I only missed a few small things, like more hangers in the bathroom (for towels and/ or bathrobes) and also in the room for jacket, etc. I also found the wardrobe location (in the bathroom) to be unusual.

It was a very good stay and an enjoyable experience at Regent Warsaw Hotel. Excellent breakfast - great attention to detail from the staff. The room was big and comfortable, with everything that I needed. Great to have access to sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool. Nice lobby and lounge area as well.

I liked the check in Ms Aguieszla was so professional and friendly same like the Check out Alexsandra and Zuzamne were very good. I felt like home but please don't increase the price :) I will stay the Jacczi is little bit small.

I would’ve appreciate an even just a little bit larger jacuzzi at the swimming pool floor. Also I believe bathrobes would be even better with a hood, since you always get wet hair after swimming. Thank you.
