Key cards fail continuously despite meticulously keeping away from electronic/ magnetic devices, and had to be replaced almost every day

The rooms were very comfortable, the hotel is a short walk from the main town square. Breakfast every morning was excellent, they had a very big selection of food, which was great as one of us is vegetarian. Also the sauna/steam rooms were great!

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to several interesting places in the city. It's perfect for a business trip. The breakfast was good, good quality and with options.

My room 102 was at the front. There is no sound insulation at all. Trams start 5:30am. Heavy traffic and at the time also the roads were reconstructed. There is too much noise from very early to very late. Trams are literally 25 meters away from your window. Only a few rooms are at the front of the building. Ask for one in the back. Hotel owner: Please install soundproof windows.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Good spa and massage facilities. Room spacious and clean. Location is perfect for old town visits. Many good bars and restaurants close by.

The clima control was not great, I was quite cold during my stay, even when I set up the temperature to high. Not sure if it was not working properly.

Breakfast options were great, tasty and fresh. I also loved the spa and the access to gym equipment.

The hotel has already seen its best years. No relaxation beds in the sauna area.

The free Wifi did not actually work and considering that this was a business trip this was an issue. Paid wifi was available but i was not willing to pay 20 euros/day to use it. But the hotel should reconsider this. A good internet connection should be provided for free.

With my friend, we agreed that hotel equipment wasnt best. There was fridge on room, but not working. Prepared sauna and steam room was at half temperature, not full ready. Available water in wellness, but missing cups. Most of the time everything was like "half" working.

Very good price for 4 star hotel near the center of Poznan. Personal was best part, because they were helpful and solve all our problems.

Poznan city centre is being put back together and I am glad I had not booked something special in the old town which was a building site and total disappointment. On this occasion the hotel was located well away from the chaos of downtown.

Having used many NH hotels this was as good an experience as you could expect. It's not a top tier hotel in the group but it is modern and I liked the reasturant area. Breakfast was excellent and staff friendly.

Breakfast not included In rate, although there was a lift to floor there were steps further aling the corridor where I had to carry my suitcase. My room had not been cleaned very thoroughly, dust in corners, hairs on floor, some of the towels looked as though they had been used.

The Hotel has Sauna but you need to reserve it for time. It is not open for all if there is space. From one point that is good because nobody outside unknow can get in but there is problem to get free spot.

The modern look of the facility everything was like a new. Everything was very clean. Nothing more I would expect for hotel like this.
