We were on the top floor and struggled a little with water pressure and temperature in the shower at times and the wi-fi signal was virtually non-existent in the room (I will say that the hotel was full for the duration of our stay with a lot of children and guessing that put some strain on the facilities).

Breakfast was lovely, I had to wait one morning for a seat as everyone had arrived at the same time. We had chosen the half-board option, of which there is a two-course meal with a compote drink (soup and a main), different each day, and a traditional Polish dish. The dishes are displayed at the reception desk in the morning. The location is perfect for a walk up the Koscielsko Valley (Dolina Kościeliska). Close to Zakopane, but not so close that you are stuck in the traffic. There is a BP garage is within a couple of minutes' walk if you need extra snacks etc (although the garage is costly). There are several convenience stores a few minutes drive away which are considerably cheaper and a wider range of goods).

Nice place, especially for families with children - there's a big playground where children can play. Also, there's a bar near reception, where you could drink something and play billiard or just to chat with others. Also, there's a restaurant with good quality of meals. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Ours one also had a big terrace which we did not use however. Location allows you to reach to whatever you want - ski, tracking, thermal baths or centrum of Zakopane in just 10 - 15 minutes.

Amazing breakfast and also very nice possibility for lunch / dinner for reasonable price and very good quality. Comfortable rooms with clean bathroom. Kettle for tea / coffee making would be nice in the room (there is electric kettle for warming up the water, but the one where we can put the tea and water :-) The location is perfect for starting your daily trip in the national park. Parking was also easy and secured. We loved the staff as well - very smiling, kind, helpfull, easy-going. Thank you very much.

Clean room. All facilities. Nice view to the sunrise from the window. I also had a prepaid lunch and when I checked in around 6pm I received it. It was really timely after 10 hours of hiking ))

Price and quality. Cosy and nice place to stay. Like a mini hotel. Nice breakfast and home made food for lunch and dinner. Small bar and free pool/billiard. Very good choice for families with children. But city center is far.

great location and friendly hosts, very nice child play room (though quite cold) and game room for adults is a really cool bonus, also very clean and good amenities in the kitchenette

I chose this hotel because it had a children's playroom, but upon arrival I was told that it was closed. Childrens playroom was the main selection criterion. Since it was not possible to cancel the reservation, we stayed. You have to bring your own shower gel, because there isn't any in the bathroom, you had to go to the store and buy the big package, although you can't take it on planes. There is also no hairdryer, which is especially useful in cooler weather. When we returned from a wet day's mountain hike, the room was cold, the radiators turned off. The kitchen corner is symbolic, there are only 4 cups, a kettle and cutlery, although even wine glasses are indicated. At least plates could be put in the cupboards. Tourist tax is required in cash, but in our case there was none. At least it was possible to compensate for the children's pain of not having the promised children's room and not claiming their tax.

The last night the heating system was not working, they said that in a couple of hours it will be fixed bit it did not work all night, it was winter, so, imagine.

Very nice place, near to a forrest. They allowed us to stay with our dogs.
