Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyWe spent wonderful days here at the turn of the year 2023-2024. We would like to thank the friendly and attentive staff. We were particularly pleased with the rich and delicious breakfast, the car park at the house at no extra cost and the very nice sauna for two people, which we used often. We also received a bottle of sparkling wine at the turn of the year, which was a very nice surprise. We would also like to mention the local train connections within walking distance, with which we were in the old town of Gdansk in about 30 minutes or within 10 minutes in Sopot. PolandJust one little trifle. The personel placed an additional bed for the kid in our room, but it was placed in a way that did not allow us to open the fridge. In the final score I moved the bed slightly and it worked, however, maybe the personel could have noticed that the bed does not allow the door of the fridge to open. However, there was little space for manouvering, thus this little trifle is quite forgivable.

I had truly wonderful stay. Hotel is lovely, in great location: close to the beach and city centre. Room was large, beautifully decorated and very clean. The biggest asset of the hotel is professional and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Will be back soon.

PolandLevel of Services, especially in the restaurant. They need to be very well prepared and they are not. Hotel equipment is pretty old and should be renovated or change. Wall painting or carpets are old and dirty. Structure of the building is not friendly to families with kids and trolleys or people on wheelchair. Hotel has a nice story, however it’s not enough to be attractive for tourist or business. Price ie way to high.
