beautiful older buiding, well maintained. Rooms big and comfortable and quiet. Large wooden doors to balcony kept outside street to to a minimum. Only could hear base 1 night from Easter celebration in the Plaza one building away. Hotel is close to everything. Can walk to restaurants, Plaza etc. Casa Serrales and the beach area only a 5 to 10 minute drive. Lots of easy on street parking. Area is very safe.

If you don't like to sleep with an A/C it's hard to get cross ventilation into the room, also, as there are no screens to keep the mosquitoes out. The mini fridge makes gargeling noises, the WiFi code worked on my smartphone but was not compatible with my laptop (no clue why). I was greatful for the water dispenser in the lobby, as it's the only food/beverage option in the hotel.

I liked the softly renovated old charme and the comparibly fair price. Big plus were parking, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet.

This is an old building. The bathroom was obviously added at a later time. It would be nice if a false ceiling was added to it. Also, add lights over the sink!

The room was very large. Wi-Fi was good. The hotel décor was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful. It was 2 2 minute walk to the plaza, several restaurants, and the casino. I especially liked the on-street parking in front of the hotel!

The noise from the streets. It is right across the street from the town square so there is a lot of loud activity starting at 6 am.

There was no coffee maker in the room, or available coffee in the lobby.

I like the range of lighting in the room, from dark to bright when balcony door is closed and open, respectively. Despite being next to a busy street, the room was very quiet. The view was nice, too. Location is perfect!

Returning visit, this time as a group. Everyone enjoyed the great service from the staff, the upgraded large-screen TVs, and good wifi throughout the facility. This is a great location in the historical center of Ponce, close to restaurants and attractions. We are looking forward to returning.

The bathroom light did not work. We reported it right away upon arrival but in our 4 day stay it was not fixed.

We parked our car at a friend's house. The room was right on the plaza street so noisy at night.
