The rooms are very outdated. There was a musty smell. They're doing some remodeling, so that might change soon. The elevator worked, but it was kind of rickety, so we were afraid to use it. The beach is not a swimming beach. Swimming is prohibited due to strong rip currents. That's not the hotel's fault, but they shouldn't advertise being close to the beach, because most people would assume they can swim with that advertisement.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was close to nice restaurants and the ocean.

We were not aware of all the construction on the building or the noise from nearby sites. We heard beeping all night, making it difficult to sleep. And the construction left the access to the hotel wide open for anyone to walk in without using the security code. And on the 3rd floor, we had issues with hot water being available and if anyone flushed their toilet we got blasted with cold water. The elevator was a scary experience so we took the stairs for the remainder of our stay. And although the AC was on, our room was very muggy and hot, despite having the AC set to 61 degrees. I would have appreciated being informed that we had to check in next door at another hotel before arrival; not at 8 pm when we showed up at the location.

The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The location was right next to our event venue and close to lots of restaurants. The bathroom was clean with working toile and shower.

The property is in renovation. I think a polishing of the flooring is needed. The elevator also needs work.

Need to change the menu daily. You had the same menu every day. eggs and Sauage. maybe have a day with pancake, ham or bacon.

No elevator at all after I paid they told us it wasn't working which was a bummer , only great thing was the porch honestly

Breakfast was good , elevator didn't work , and pool was shared with the hotel next door , pictures are no justice but was an ok place after all , but for the price was a big no no would I stay there again well only if it's 50$ it was not worth almost 200$ staff was great

They put me in room facing a building construction, so it was impossible to sleep after 6am. Also, the bathroom flush wasn’t working properly.

Due to the construction next door parking and driving around is a bit complicated, amd there’s a lot of dust around if you are on the lower floors. The elevator stopped working so we had to carry our luggage down on our way out. It is a tourist neighborhood so it was overpriced for the service provided.

This hotel is great for an overnight stay in Contado. It is truly a no frills place, but had everything needed for one night. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable plus the power went off on the entire hotel for a few minutes twice that night during our stay.

Extremely humid all the time, the floors are not well kept, and the parking is a mess. They need more staff in the valet.

The hotel is very outdated. The pool access was at the sister hotel next door and laundry access was across the street at the Holiday inn express, which btw was almost $10 to wash and dry a small load and there isn’t a place to get quarters. The balcony was covered by scaffolding and construction almost every morning. The AC was leaking in the room and had to use my ice bucket to catch the water and a towel under the balcony door to keep the bugs out.

It had a cozy feel to it, the staff were very friendly, inviting, and accommodating. The location of the property was convenient. Was able to get just enough quarters from the front desk for laundry.

The breakfast hall is small and packed, almost no place to hang clothes in the room, the ac was noisy, the elevator is a bit scary and old.

Wish there was more than one key, or a swipe system. Made it hard to separate the group and have someone without a key.

Same standard breakfast everyday (eggs, bread, coffee, etc.). The equipments would need some updating, the decoration also. I am also having to resolve an issue with the supposedly temporary deposit taken from my credit card the night before I checked in that hasn't been reimbursed a week later.

The employees were very nice. Friendly Hotel in a nicely situated neighborhood with all the basics: wi-fi, A/C etc. No muss no fuss. Close to restaurants and the beach. It is a place to sleep in before going out all day.

The elevator. Was a lot of noise going on.
