For our family, it would have been nice to have a larger kitchen and dining area downstairs and the three levels with tile stairs were a bit challenging with a toddler. The adults did enjoy spending some time on the two incredible rooftop patio areas.

Villa Marlyn was beautiful and our host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The location near Combate Beach was very convenient for our vacation in Cabo Rojo. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and a day trip to Playa Soucia which was awesome. The property was very safe and quiet. The swimming pool was fabulous especially for our family with young children who could wade right in to the shallow end.

We loved the apartment, especially the terrace and the balcony on the 3rd floor (yup, the apartment has 3 floors), though the rest of it was just as great. A bottle of wine from the hosts was a nice touch, as were other little things: multiple beach towels, snorkeling gear (incl fins), two TVs, a coffee making machine, two bathrooms. A perfect stay.

The location. It was close to a couple restaurants but you had to drive everywhere. We assumed this when we booked and had a rental car. Everything in the area closes quite early though, especially during the week. But there are a ton of things to check out if you have a vehicle!

The spaciousness of the apartment was awesome. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Space was very clean and well equipped. And the price was very reasonable. Communication with Jamie was very easy.

I wish we could have stayed another day, the accommodations were great and the rooftop patios were perfect for star gazing we had clear nights to enjoy every evening.

The directions indicate on the email were very clear with combination info and specific assigned parking instructions close to the unit.

Very clean and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 2 big screen TVs, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. WiFi and AC in every room. Gated community (with a pool) only a few minutes drive from El Combate beach. The sunsets are incredible. And it smells nice throughout the whole apartment. I stayed with a friend, but there’s enough room for a family or group. Would def recommend and return.

Water never got hot in the shower but just a little warm. However, not to cold! The bed mattresses are not totally comfortable but did the job.

Everything else was Awesome! I would definitely come again. My family did not want to leave! We are happy with Villa Marlyn.
