No desk, room safe or microwave as advertised, and the furniture was cramped. The room we were in should have probably been configured as a single bed room.

The staff was excellent, and the neighborhood was great. The room was very clean.

The building is a little tired but kept up and clean. I believe we booked a queen bed but our room had a matrimonial/double bed.

The breakfast was basic but convenient with toast, fruit and coffee offered. The location was great as you are able to walk to multiple different restaurants and there is a Walgreens close by if you need some necessities. Staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Our room was at the front of the hotel & close to a busy road. It was quite noisy at night with vehicles playing very loud music.

The breakfast was marginal at best. Coffee with powdered coffemate, plain sliced bread for toast (I don't recall seeing butter or jam) and limited fruit.

Location was excellent; close to Ashford St with plenty of restaurants and shops.

We have stayed here before and it was apparent pretty quickly that the property had changed Management recently . Front Desk Manager greeted us and stated Check in was 3pm, when I showed him an email from himself to us stating it was 2pm he asked "when did you receive that ?" I stated December 30 2023, he responded "Oh I see" . They checked us in at about 2:40 pm. We have stayed in this particular room before and were surprised to find very little furniture. There used to be an Armoire . The Soap Dispensers in the Shower still had some product in them but were unused and they left Travel Bottles on top of them. When my Wife went to lay in the Bed the Mattress flipped over ( see pictures ) seems they never centered the board they use for a box spring when they made the bed last. The biggest issue was that the Blinds in our Room allowed you to see everything in the room when the Lights were on at night , we found this a day into the trip and my Wife was so embarassed. Just a basic lack of care for the property. The Breakafast was pretty anemic and they had the same fruit out for two days in a row.

We got an amazing price at $173.00 a night for a Hotel 3 Blocks from Condado Beach. It was clean and neat and the Front Door was manned 24/7 for access. You are not more than a Block or two away from Bars and Restaurants in any direction.

A very pleasantly surprised. We arrived very late which was not an issue and the room was simple but the beds were fabulous. The grounds and open patio areas were amazing and the pool looked very inviting. We had some coffee and toast. We were very pleased.

Good location to walking distance to beach. Friendly staff and guests. Room was comfortable. Common areas were clean and it was nice to have balconies to enjoy being outside.

Having to use a third-party app to lock and unlock the door was inconvenient. We had three people staying in the room, and the other two had to rely on me to lock and unlock the door, which made it difficult for us to go out separately. There is no need to complicate the check-in and access process by requiring use of this app.

The gentleman on reception was friendly and very helpful from the minute we arrived. The hotel location is great and near to the beach and shops / restaurants.

Noisy area unfortunately. Pool could be cleaner. I didn’t really dear to use it by the looks of it. I travel alone and don’t like to go to the beach with my belongings, such as my phone. this is problematic since you need your phone to get in to your room. but I think you can ask for a regular key instead, if so, I recommend that!

Staff super helpful when needed. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. A lot off different spots to hang out on in the hotel. Great Wi-Fi. The bed was really comfortable. Good location with everything you could need just a few steps away. fridge in the room. microwave in the common area.

The standard room is a bit small for its price. There is no in-room drinking water/mini bar or vault for your valuables.

We liked the location of the hotel, just a few walks from the beach, Walgreens, CVS and cafes & restaurants. It's easy to book uber from here. It is very clean and smells clean as well. Toiletries are enough. The cleaning staff is proactively asking if you would like your room to be cleaned/refilled with toiletries. We were surprised and pleased with a free toast and coffee which was not mentioned when we booked the room. The AC is very powerful. We also liked the garden vibe of the hotel.

That the jam didn’t run out, and the fruit more interesting - pineapple, mango, papaya? But everything else was great. Bring your own beach towel.

The hotel is small, art deco, stylish, with lovely plants everywhere. Quite individual. Rooms were a good size, with good bathrooms and a fridge. Daily maid service with changed towels. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was serve-yourself - 2 sorts of bread, toaster, butter, jam (which ran out on my last day), and coffee in an urn. And fruit - apples, plums, pears. There was a microwave and a fridge, a sink, utensils, and tables in a shady courtyard to eat it in. Very pleasant! But there were lots of places open at 7 am within five minutes of the hotel if you wanted a hot breakfast. The pool was lovely - small but beautifully landscaped, with loungers, clean and such a pleasure on a hot day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Library, piano, terraces to sit out. Location is terrific - close to restaurants and Condado beach. Staff directed me to another little beach - La Playita - 15 minutes’ walk away where there were no dangerous currents or rocks. Excellent for families and felt safe to leave things on the beach.
