They were a little unorganized due to a family emergency, so we understood but there was some mixup at check-in regarding availability. However they corrected the situation in about an hour and we got the original room. The room was not dirty per se, but it could've been a little cleaner. We passed it off as them just having a bad week due to their emergency, based on the other reviews. We did not think the room cost matched the value we got.

Location was walkable, close to the airport and some car/golf cart rental places. Common kitchen for coffee and water bottles available.

There was a community dining area and small kitchen. Food can become expensive with a family of 5, it was nice to be able to save $ by having left overs or making sandwiches.

When we rang the Bell the owner Kind of rudely asked what we were doing here, he then went to get his Partner to Deal with us. we found a Halfeaten Pizza in the fridge of our room :-( 15 dollars per Bike for a Day is too much in my Opinion, because the Bikes are in a horrible condition. The room was tiny. the noise of the very loud fridge and the ACs kept waking us up during the Night.

Well equipped Kitchen for guests to use. Backyard für sitting/chilling. Good WiFi, Big bathroom. Complementary coffee, soap, Shampoo. Top Snorkeling gear to Rent for 15 Dollars per day. 15-20 min walk to the ferry and Restaurants is OK. Upon Check-In the lady showed us all the important things on a map of the Island, she really took her time.

If paper should not be disposed in the toilet then maybe a sign to help the guests to act accordingly.

no real closet to put my clothes (just a small shelf in the bathroom) - overall cleanness could be improved

The house has two kitchens, that are both well equipped. The basics are there to share (salt, oil, coffee..). There was a fridge in the room, which is very convenient. Water in the shower was hot. Nice little garden with lots of shade. Supermarket is only 5 mins away (walking). They do rent bikes, which is nice if you do not want to rent a car

The room was really small for 2 people, with almost no place to put things. There was no cleaning service in the room, which was fine, but there were also no things to clean ourselves, which ended up having a very dirty room after 2 days (sand mostly)..

The position was good, and the structure was nice. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Depending on the room you may be close to the front gate and you will hear everything. Didn’t get a peaceful rest on a rowdy Saturday night/ going into Sunday morning.

One of the room's ACs was a little faulty.

Friendly staff and a good area. They provided beach towels, a map of Culebra, and area kitchenette.

Hot Water pressure was super low that i could barely take a shower. The toilet wouldnt flush at all. I saw a roach in the shower. Bed was sagging. Garden was in middle of renovation. Dated property overall. I wasnt expecting much but still disappointing.

Great location, great owners. Good air-conditioning in the rooms, private refrigerator. Free coffee was appreciated! Free beach chairs/coolers to borrow although dated/dirty. Affordable option!

the bedroom wasn’t big enough for our door to open without hitting the bed. the common areas were a bit cluttered and you could easily hear every conversation in the kitchen from our bedroom so we were a little self conscious.

the garden area was beautiful and jungle like. There were two kitchens so it was great to cook.

Great location near facilities and town. Enjoyable back porch for relaxing. Very nice and accommodating staff. They quickly cleaned our room and allowed us to check in early.

The property is walking distance from the airport and from the rental car places. The guesthouse is also about a 15 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. The room was nice, bathroom was spacious, and the guesthouse offers a little shared kitchen and a backyard. If needed you can rent snorkeling gears for $15 a day.

The staff was very helpful! I rented snorkeling gear with them because everything was closed on Christmas, and when I asked for a floating gear, they managed to provide one at no additional cost even it was not usually included! The manager also provided great advice on local food. Plus the place is only 4 min walk from the airport!

Very good location away from the noise, but close enough. Got the right amount of attention from the owner, pleasant and attentive, but not too much that it's on the way. We like the backyard space for eating or breakfast. And have coffee on the pot on the morning.
