We had to sleep in 2 double beds even though we booked a King size with a sofa bed.

There was too many people in the pool because it was a holiday so it became very very dirty. There is no space in the room to put your things, very little closet space, no place to hang bath towels. Pillows were thin.

Food was very good, the view from our room was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful, kids loved the water slide, drinks were delicious, beach very nice and beach staff always helpful.

The hot tub was closed and the beach is not swimmable due to the current and the amount of rocks we also lost power for a few hours for some unknown reason. It was only our hotel

Food was just ok, but it was a resort so not high expectations. The drinks, however, were extremely weak and watered down and very expensive. The expense I understand because it’s a resort but it was very clear the alcohol was watered down. Weak drinks was a theme along the strip outside the hotel, to be fair.

The service and staff were excellent, they were very friendly and helpful. Resort was beautiful and very well maintained.

I wish there was minimal food/beverage included with the stay. Also a game room for the kids would’ve been a delight during the rain.

The casino is very small, nothing to do there beside it or the restaurant. you paid for everything nothing as a courtesy. We had to pay for parking even the laundry you paid for. The hotel is already expensive to have you paid for parking too.

I do not like the scent in the lobby. It is strong and migrane inducing for people with chemical sensitivities. If you must do that, something organic and natural would be so much better...but less strong regardless of what is used. Also, the other side of the bed should have a little floating shelf and a plug as well. It shouldn't only be on one side.

The staff were lovely. All of them. My daughter fell at the pool and hurt her ankle and multiple people helped and cared for her. The waitstaff and pool bartenders were lovely. Housekeeping, fantastic.

1. The breakfast buffet. I ate Oatmeal the entire 4 days. Only meat served was pork. For those who have dietary restrictions for whatever reasons, i.e., personal, religion, etc. There are other meat options that should be available to visitors; turkey, beef, kosher, halal. 2. 1 slice of cake $10, really? That is absolutely too expensive.

The buffet breakfast was fit for a pork eating person. No substitute meat portions, no one came around after initial order of morning beverage. Refill of water had to be requested not expected. Comparing to the room rates, the breakfast should be included in the pricing. I would reserve Courtyard Marriott again.

Last night we encountered roaches while having dinner on the terrace of the restaurant. Pizza place opens too late. The steps outside are extremely slippery and needs nonskid strips.

Breakfast was great but expensive. Staff was excellent. Rooms clean. Property on beach. The cafe is great but expensive.

Being able to check in on time. It was a long day.

I arrived a little early and asked for a early check-in and was told that the room was not ready, so I waited for the prescribed time which was 4pm. 4 pm came and the room was still not ready. I continued to wait and asked if the room was ready. The room was not ready until close to 530pm which I think was unacceptable. The front desk tod me for my inconvenience that I would be rewarded 15000 points which I'm still waiting for 😕
