No lift and no warning abt it no being there... Can be hard with a heavy suitcase to get to the 4th floor. My bedroom was a transformed bathroom so floor wasn't flat, not very practical. Through door light of the corridor was very visible, on and off all night as people returned to their rooms and the whole spaces around the door would lit up...

No ability to store luggage after check out although there's a person present there. It has no elevator so not suitable for those with heavy bags or mobility issues. A bit noisy when other residents walk around, also street noise.

Apparently guests can smoke inside their rooms....smoke does not stay in their rooms it goes everywhere. I had too very unpleasant nights with the amount of smoke in the place

The central location was perfect for us, we were lucky to get a room for that price and enjoyed the stay very much. The appartment was clean and communication worked well.

The guest house in on the 4th floor and there’s NO elevator, so this place is not good for people with breathing problems and/or knee problems or other medical conditions. They don’t mention this in the description but I think they should.

Not really a negative, but might be important for people who don't carry their own shampoo/shower gel: there is only hand soap in the bathroom. The room was quite warm, but a desk fan was provided. The only table is on the balcony, and the wifi only worked in the room, but not on the balcony. There is obviously street noise, because the property is right in the shopping/restaurant zone, but it's ok when you keep the window closed. There were also only two sockets in the room, and one might be needed for the desk fan... It's not ideal for a business stay, but I'd recommend it for anything else. And there are stairs...

Location was very central and close to two metro stations. My room had a bathroom, and the room was clean. The access code worked well. The only staff I saw was the cleaner every morning, who was lovely. The bed was comfortable, with an obviously new mattress. There was also tea and coffee in the shared kitchen.

Can't play at the day time a radio on the phone for 40% of volume because it was too much loader for neighbors they knock-knock to the wall.

Mattresses need to be replaces ASAP. The doors to the rooms are not sound proof at all. There is an inch between the floor and the door so we heard each person come in late at night as well as see the automatic lights from under the door. The shared bathrooms are ok. 1 is nice and big, the other is very small and the shower is miserable to use if you are over 5'7".

The location is amazing! Easy access to transit, and nice area to walk around. The shower in our room didnt work when we arrived, but the staff had a plumber there the next morning to fix it! Easy check in. Nice room for the price you pay :)
