Evening entertainment - terrible! went once then gave it a miss. Chaotic, loud, silly. On day 4 there was a large all male group arrived (around 15) and spoiled the rest of our stay. We left a day early. Loud, drunk, foul language.

Staff - friendly and helpful. Food - delicious, good selection, nice and hot. Pool - plenty of space, loads of sun loungers available.

Bathrooms need updated, but it's only an observation. It definitely wouldn't put me off staying again

Food at the hotel mediocre, a 10-15 minute stroll to restaurants other than one closeby Hotel generally a bit dated, although well maintained .

Beautiful view very clean, comfy mattress on bed, hotel was right by the beach. Shuttle bus into town . Could walk into Albufeira old town along the beach( sand ,no wooden boardwalk available) Quiet beach in a smallish cove nearby too

Altough we got on of the best rooms, our balcony was the highest, so it had the lights directly at the pool and some of the windows didn't had any curtains. The beds weren't the comfiest ones, but the room was amazing.

We got an amazing upgrade for one of the best superior rooms in the hotel, with a balcony with seaview! We were really close to the restaurant, pool and the beach. The restaurant had a lot of options, and the staff was always very friendly.

Some.areas weren't as clean as you'd expect a hotel to be.

It was great for what we paid Ofcourse the all inclusive was limited… but hey, i am gyn tonic person… so it was great! Tona of thinga to do in and outside the resort!

Could do with a nice lounge area to have a drink and relax in the evenings, and not just the entertainment area where it can be to noisy.

Pool VERY cold, indoor pool lovely and warm but small

Staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful, all were amazing. We'd booked all inclusive and arrived late, but were given a packed dinner of sandwiches, fruit etc which was much appreciated. Close to beach, towns accessible but not too near noisy party hubs

Pool bar didn't have a covered area to sit and have drinks. Only covered bar was in reception and had to pay for drinks. Small inconvenience really

Rooms were big and very clean. Housekeeping everyday whilst we were there. Food was varied and alot of choice

Restaurant quite noisy - in Denmark we would add acoustic plates in room.

Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet - with a lot of choices and always fish, meat, salads, international and portuguese food. No noice in the place at night - and hotel is situated direct to the beach - with short walk to city - Albufeira.

On an evening after the meal service ends, there is only the dancing bar available for drinks (soft/hot/alcohol). For adults traveling in a couple, it would be ideal for an alternative bar such as the one in reception available for people who don't want to sit in a room full of children running around.

The hotel was in a great location, easy 25 minutes walk into the old town, but offer a free shuttle bus if needed. The food was great, the drink selection was great. The rooms and premises were clean and staff were really friendly.

The bathroom door was a sliding glass door, and it didn't offer much privacy. The bathroom had a window from the bathroom to the hotel hallway.

Large and comfortable rooms, spotless clean, large walking shower. Variety of choices for breakfast, lovely pool. Great place to explore by foot the coast of Albufeira with its amazing views.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I did not have a good nights rest, but otherwise the room was standard.

I liked having beach access so close. Breakfast readily available in the morning was good.

The options for dinner / lunch not suitable for all there should be at least one section that caters to uk folk for example “ pizza burgers hot dogs “ because the selection was shocking and very bad for kids aswell!

The pool bar saved us from going hungry and the room we got out in where very updated modern and fresh

Lots of steps so not for those with mobility issues. Free shuttle bus was handy although limited to day time hours. No hairdryer in room and not available at reception

Good value 3 star hotel with clean comfy beds.Breakfast was included and was varied and plentiful.Access to the beach was straightforward and the pool and surrounding area was lovely

Food is limited for picky eaters- I managed to find something I liked but my partner struggled. Breakfast and lunch was doable but dinner was a struggle. Pool was freezing! But I suppose that’s because it’s winter lol!

Lovely clean rooms and facilities. A little outdated but not a problem at all. Lovely staff - very helpful. Amazing views of the sea- location is perfect. Great selection of drinks.
