Good choice for Breakfast. Excellent value for room and breakfast

the guy who checked us in was not welcoming. We asked questions about Covid testing, breakfast, etc and he didn’t seem happy to help us. not a great first impression

the location was fantastic! desk clerk, Brian, was amazing. He helped us find our required COVID testing, booked a wonderful fado experience and helped us with our airport taxi.

Room decor a bit dated, but everything else outweighed that.

Fantastic location ...within walking distance to many attractions....metro a few metres away...train stations 1 metro stop either way ....no street noise and blackout curtains...very pleasant, helpful staff.

Gym is really cute buts some things needs to be add as its very limited. Don't choose this hotel if you like place to rest as this is in the middle of the parties and locations where a lot of people gather.

Hotel is really in the amazing location close to everything you can explore and see. So you are in the right place to see everything you should and as well walking distance from the Hotel Mundial where all the tours for Sintra and all other activities start. Rooms very cute and looking over the old part of the city which is great. At the night noisy but nothing you cant handle as is always nice listen that nice music.

Management of the breakfast.

Central location was perfect. Room was very comfortable but noisy as on the front where it is busy however we were able to close the windows and then it was better. The breakfast was not well managed and there was no consideration given to social distancing or mask wearing.

The internet is sporadic and at times we connected through the 4G cell phone. This is a busy and rather noisy street. Some rowdy gangs can make a lot of noise until late in the night. Unfortunately, some tourists are cheap and have bad manners. Not the fault of the hotel.

We had a corner room that was relatively spacious and had windows on two sides. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent although it was from a machine. The meeting rooms downstairs are very nice. Well situated and easy to reach by car or by subway. The morning we left, the subway was closed because of a strike but there was a taxi stand at the corner.

Canteen quality breakfast and coffee, in a spectacular ball room. Smelly bathroom, typical old city drains smell that one unfortunately finds in old city buildings. Don't think there is much they can do to fix this. We kept bathroom door closed and managed fine.

Great location if you want to be very close to all of the touristy areas of Lisbon. Comfortable beds and cushions, Good aircon, we had a room off street so not too noisy for the central location. Very clean accommodations, enough space to unpack and space in bathroom for toiletries.

The hot water wasn’t very hot. One of our rooms was a little cramped but the other was fine.

Really excellent location, right next to metro station and a short walk to the waterfront and many of the interesting areas.Good views over Chiado square but not too noisy. Good Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian plaza. If you are driving there, you have to park on a side street and walk to the hotel with the luggage.

Location excellent. Beds comfy. Had a triple room. I asked to be moved to the back of the hotel, not looking over the Main Street, for quietness which they accommodated immediately. Breakfast was good. Lack of toiletries. Bargain price.

Breakfast served day before because we had an early flight. Not in best condition the following morning. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. Would recommend.

The extra beds were located near the door and bathroom, so it was loud and they were very hard. Safe didn't work and no one fixed it when they said they would. I wasn't given the free breakfast even though I'm a genius 2, I wasn't going to waste my time arguing.

The room for 3 people was huge. Clever location for the T.V. Great location
