The complex is a little rundown in areas and having to pay a 20 euro deposit for the TV & Air-con remote was a little unusual but overall no real complaints considering the price we paid.

Excellent value for money, complex is a little rough around the edges and in a fairly secluded area but the newly renovated superior apartments are very nice and the pool area/bar has a very nice vibe.

Would be nice to have wifi in the rooms and be able to use the sauna etc without having to pay. Heated pool would be nice in winter time

We chose this hotel as it had a heated outdoor pool. Beginning Nov. Pool was freezing. One receptionist said it was cold because air temp was above 20degs / another said it was sola heated so what do you expect when its cloudy. Although room pics show cookers the apartments have not got working ovens, only the hot plates work. Receptionist said this was a management decision. WiFi only available at reception and bar/restaurant area.

A spacious apartment with a selection of crockery and kitchen utensils. It is in a quiet area a bit of a walk to the strip. We had a car so not a problem for us. We found plenty of on street parking available in November. We put 2 spare duvets under the sheet to make the bed nice and comfy as it was a bit hard. The TV had 3 english channels Sky News and Sky Mix and BBC2. The restaurant staff were very friendly. Entertainment was mostly karaoke. We enjoyed the Elvis tribute act.

Bear in mind that wifi is available only in the reception area. What surprised me was that all remote controls (AC, TV) were available only after paying the deposit. Same goes for a hairdryer - I thought it would be ready for use in the apartment.

The flat was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Sofas weren't comfy, asked for extra pillows never got, woman on reception disputed refunding me the safe deposit? ? Was told to go back, when I did man refunded without question!

No WiFi in the bedroom and only Sky news on TV. So can get boring. The staff played loud music all day in the bar and pool area. This can become tiring after a couple of days. Who needs disco music at 11am? The location can feel a bit isolated, 10-20 minutes walk to any other bars or restaurants. Despite the recent change in the law, chain smoking by the bar terrace is standard.

Holidays are about happiness. The bar area , with entertainment made it easy to make friends and be happy. I especially liked Pedro Karaoke singer and Elvis tribute act. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Uber taxi gets you to the old town , or strip or beach for a few Euro. Great value compared to hotels closer to town.

There was a terrible smell in our apartment of sewage and outside the apartment block. We informed reception but nothing happened and it wasn't fixed. By the end of the week the smell was unbearable

It was a bit far out from main resort, I enjoy the walk in but if you use uber it's not too expensive to taxi in and out. The on site mini market was a bit limited but you not too far from local shops and aldi very near.

Helpful friendly staff, plenty of on site entertainment. Food was very good and able to take it away to your apartment.

Bit far to walk everywhere when its really warm. About 2km from the strip in new town and 5km to old town. We used uber to get around. Super fast and cheap. Local Aldi's prices is really expensive! Found a local supermarket in a mall further down with way better variety and better prices. Erins Isle pub has super fab full irish b-fast!

Good size apartment as we stayed for 8 nights. Each blok has its own pool and there is a main pool area with a bar and restaurant. Fab to have a beer whilst the kids have a swim. Well priced. Super friendly staff esp Graca from reception!

Apartment on ground floor was great leading out to pool area. Also a great size for 5 adults with 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. Good food and facilities.

Our bathroom was covered in ants Room wasn’t cleaned as often as they should have, some beds were made but toilet roll and lack of towels were left for us We didn’t know how to use the cooker as all stamps to understand how to turn it on were faded off

Wasn’t a problem for us but some visitors may find the property a little too far from the main restaurants and bars (about 20 minute walk) though an Uber is very cheap and only takes a few minutes.

Very spacious and clean 3 bedroom apartment. Well equipped for our group of 7. Nice pool and bar area. Friendly and helpful staff who we had arranged airport transfers with and all went very smoothly. Aldi about 10 minute walk away.

Too much same group parties, big stag do of 34 people we were glad we had the other pool to go into to get away from them. Very noisy at night not kid friendly
