The facilities are very dated and there was a small of sewage in the bedroom. Also the bathtub had several hairs so it seemed it wasn’t clean.

The location is great very close to metro and bus and a nice waking distance to city center. I would say it’s a good option for a short stay.

The rooms we stayed in were clean but long overdue for a refit. Also, as we were situated at the back of the hotel, there was no natural daylight as the wall to the next building obscured this. Reality check here, if you are looking for a clean budget hotel, not the end of the world staying here.

Wet, dirty, old, cold numbers! Not like on the photos. No investments are made in this hotel for about 5 years. Very noisy - if you are planning to sleep - forget about it! Breakfast is disqusting, fuj. Never will recommend this hotel!!!!

The hotel was value for money, but the bathroom we had was not good for the larger person as the sink and toilet were so close together you have no room to sit comfortably when doing your business. The shower try is raised and as stated not enough room to turn. We had a balcony view without any little table or chairs outside but others had. No mini bar but fridge, no facilities in the room for making a coffee. Breakfast wasn't that bad either but more choices could be added.

The location was good, the buses and trains are all within a short walk. Restaurants are close, but if you venture further afield they get better.

Even the room was a bit little, it completly satisfied our queries. The reception was always available for any question and services needed, as to ask for places, transport, microwave, etc...

They have no plugs for baths apparently in the whole hotel. The spare pillow was damp and I had to ask a few times for a replacement. The windows were all wet from condensation as they needed replacing. And the keys kept needing to be redone. The cleaner let me in my room too without knowing it was my room, great, helpful but not reassuring if you think about it. The doors to all cupboards not on but also not sanded so just looked unfinished. And the walls had a 2 star look about them with damp and plaster needed to be sanded back and repainted. Most of the plugs didn't charge anything and that was really slow.

The property interior is very dated and tired. My room had cracked wall tiles in the bathroom, missing beading between the bathroom and bedroom which is dangerous. Strong smell of sewage and the window opened up to the emergency exit and building site next door. There, it was very noisy and dusty.

The property is situated just off the main tree line avenue into Rossio Square. Pleasant walk. Bed was very comfortable and big. Housekeeping and restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast was basic but ok.

It’s nothing like the pictures. They don’t provide a drinking water, they sell it to you!!. When ever you eating your breakfast the staff are hurrying you by staying around you to take your dish to get up quickly and feel not comfortable. Although it’s decent breakfast.

Easy access to public transportation and taxis. Walking down to historic sites was nice with shaded sidewalks. Great breakfast included. Staff was very friendly!

Very Central and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English too. Amenities were up to standard and led to a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Breakfast was a nice decent but me being a coffee snob didn't enjoy the coffee at all.
