Nothing that I didn't like but I'd tell people to plan ahead and book it with a good time in advance. I booked it 9m in advance and got a fair rate, some friends couldn't afford booking as the prices went up significantly around 3-4 months prior to the period of our stay. I felt the price I paid was worth it, but much higher than that was too much.

The best place to stay in Lisbon! 1. Perfectly located - in 5-10min walk from great restaurants and places to visit. 2. Great facilities - the bedroom was awesome. Large enough for you to walk around and organize your luggages. Great bathroom size, I had a hairstylist coming to do my hair for an event and we used the bathroom only, enough space and light for it. No regrets. 3. Still about the event, I needed a room for the makeup artist and hairstylist to do the hair and makeup of other guests for the event. I called the staff and they got us a perfect place and didn't charge extra, they were super helpful to support us with our last minute request. Can't thank them enough! 4. Comfortable bed and pillow, with very clean facilities. 5. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks. 6. Surroundings were overall busy so I felt like I was close to the heart of Lisbon. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone going to Lisbon.

Would have loved if the exterior windows were clean, we had a beautiful view of the city, but it was obstructed by dirty windows.

This Hotel has everything, a great location right near the historic tram route, Two great bars hello rooftop great restaurants, comfortable clean rooms and provides a hearty breakfast.Will stay again next time in Lisbon

The bed was too hard for me. A coffee pot in the room would be better than a kettle

Breakfast was amazing, great selection of everything one would want. Your coffee was incredible. The hotel location was perfect. My fiancé and I were a little nervous about the strange people hanging out in the square across from the hotel..apparently migrants, they didn’t bother us. Our room was a good size, great big bathroom. Wish you had hair conditioner and body lotion. The kettle was good. We brought Floger’s coffee bags. It was good. even though we had breakfast included in our 5 night stay it’s nice to have coffee in the room. We ate one night at the Veranda Restaurant with spectacular views. Food and service were excellent. People at the hotel bar off the Lobby were so nice and accommodating.

The room did not seem really clean- the carpet had hairs- like pet hair- on it, bath towels were worn and had holes in them.staff were not super knowledgeable and gave us wrong advice on dinner(said no reservations allowed ) and timing to get to train station by taxi.

We book this hotel for our first trip to Lisbon, wanted something in the middle with easy access to old town and attractions. Location was perfect. Staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations. Our room was on 8th floor with balcony and view of the hills on Lisbon. Room was very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar and Varanda restaurant a plus. Breakfest had plenty of choices and it was very good. Loved getting the welcome and good bye little bottle of wine . Did I mention welcome local drink per se? Overall, we loved our stay there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Assisted us with all aspects of our stay. It is a very busy hotel but they always had time to help. Great breakfast buffet. Nice not to have to leave to find breakfast.

The rooftop bar is over the top expensive. Had we known, we would not have gone for drinks.

Loved the location of the property. It was so close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We walked everywhere! The hotel itself was nice as well. We were surprised with little perks such as a welcome drink and few discounts. The stay was very comfortable. The view from the rooftop bar is just beautiful! Staff was very kind. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The fact that we tried numerous times to get a table at the Rooftop bar and got nowhere. In my opinion, preference should be given to guests that actually stay in the hotel and not to the public. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the Rooftop bar. Room service was non existent.

We loved the location. We loved the spacious sunny balcony. The complimentary bottle of wine and Portuguese pastry was a nice touch. And front office staff were informative, efficient and friendly.

View for family rooms are limited. Shower head was broken and I had to DIY repair it myself.
