We live in a modern age when every person uses a mobile phone, laptop or tablet.There was only one electrical outlet in our room where we could charge our devices.I think that's a bit illogical.Especially if there are more people in the room and everyone has to wait their turn to charge their cell phones.Very stupid.Because of this, I'm not giving a lower rating because I'm very satisfied,but it wouldn't be bad if this could be fixed as well. The room also lacks a tea and coffee maker.

The hotel is big and beautiful.The location is OK.It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.The pools are decisive.The food is fresh and varied.The staff is very friendly.Everything is very clean and beautiful.We were also given a drink of wellcomen, a traditional Portuguese wine that was very tasty. We had a room for 2 people.The room is large with plenty of space.The bathroom is also big and clean. The balcony is solid.The hotel is very modern.The pool is clean and beautiful.The breakfast was excellent.If you want to go to Porto, you will need a taxi and you will be there in about 20 minutes.

There isn't much to see/do around the surrounding area so you may need a car or transport to go around. However, you have everything at the hotel already so you don't want to leave either!

Gorgeous accommodation and amazing location next to the beach! You have everything you need in the hotel, ranging from outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, casino, bars, mini golf, beach entrance etc. Everything was so beautifully decorated and clean. Amazing choice for breakfast every morning! Staff are very friendly and happy to help with any reasonable requests or queries. Great to stay at to relax and unwind

I use a wheeled walker, and ìnside hotel movement was easy. Outdoors was not sò good. One ramp to pool followed by uneven grass to poolside paving. Could ɓe metre-wide paving or ĥard gravel walkway. Access to boardwalk involved steep stairs under metro. There was room to install an electric motor lift. Otherwise, no complaints.

Friendly staff, good food, outdoor and indoor pools, multiple languages TV ìn rooms, close to metro rail station to Porto, direct access to seashore and boardwalk.

The king size bed was two mattresses put together. I really do not like that at all. Dinners were great but a little pricey.

Breakfast was great, pool good, room was spacious. Location was great as well, easy to get into Porto and easy walking to Esphino (we went several times to the beach and to a restaurant).

The main disappointment was the lack of tea/ coffee facilities in the room. You could ask for it via room service but it was cool by the time it got to you. The choice of food at dinner was not great. The main menu was the same every day but there was a daily menu but this was a set three course meal. Not everyone wants to have three courses. The bar menu was mainly sandwiches so was a bit limiting.

Lovely room and view. The breakfast was awesome, great choice of foods from fruit and cereal to cooked breakfast to cheese and cold meats. Also pancakes and pastries etc. Great facilities such as the two swimming pools, crazy golf, pool tables all of which we used and the Spa was great too, loved the hydrotherapy pool. There was also tennis courts and volleyball court.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Breakfast excellent. Pools were good. Room very comfortable but no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms and the coffee cafe was closed.

Outside pool needs maintenance. Did not like to wear a swimming cap in indoor pool, so did not use. it.
