Arrived at the hotel at 9pm and was still able to order food at the bar.

Outside the hotel signage and decor was very tired and old

Good location ,short walk to Praia da Rocha beach, elevator to rooms ,simple key to room , good sized room and separate private bathroom,good kitchenette with working fridge and microwave,all lighting was operational.

Great value for money, very clean ,great comfy bed, nice spacious room decent private bathroom with bath and shower nice big sink and a bidet.

The a/c only served well the kitchen/living room area. A pull-through fan into the bedroom would've heated the room without having to leave doors open. The TV has only 8 channels, most of them news or local channels - nothing in English, until we figured out how to find youtube on it. Some more channels would be nice. An info sheet about how to use the a/c and what the wifi code is, would've been helpful (we had to phone reception to get the info).

The place was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the 7th floor was amazing, and overall the apartment was very quiet. The a/c worked well. The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay within walking distance of the main Portimao. Staff were friendly and the drinks and food were good and very reasonably priced when compared to downtown Portimao, so a few in the hotel before heading out was a bonus.

Apartment is shabby enough.. the light switcher was hanging out of the wall in the corridor, the lamp wasn't working, there were no sponges or cleaning liquid for dishes in the kitchenette, and I had to fix the toilet myself when the button got broken... Amazing potential of the place, but it could use some handyman's help.

The hotel once was chic enough, but time passes.the apartment is spacey and when we couldn't turn the shower on, the staff member changed our apartment and immediately asked for a plumber to fix it

A compromise location with easy access to the main road into Portimao but a good walk/short drive from the beach front and waterfront areas.

Good apartment in a quiet location. Clean and functional. The hotel part of the property has a great bar and a nice pool. This was my second stay here.

What's the point of having a kitchenette when there is no kettle? The microwave doesn't work! The socket is behind the bed board so you not able to reach it. Would be more convenient next to bedside table so you can chare your phone. Very old style.

Facilities were over the road (swimming pool, bar, reception) which was fine but we were not aware of this when we booked so stood outside unsure what to do

The pizza and lasagna were terrible on the menu it was like supermarket food but charged full price for it. Need a chef to cook a la carte food. Also no kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the apartments.

The staff was very friendly. The room was a bargain, kitchen fully ewuipped, good balcony, the pool lovely. At first our shower didn't work, but the staff was very accommodating and sorted it out graciously.
