Rooms were nice but room was too hot. Wouldn’t allow us to control the temp of the room . Had to open window it was so hot. Turned off system .offered another room on same floor at 2 AM. That room was hot also. You should allow guests to control their own temperature. You should offer a shuttle since close metro stop is under construction. Metro stop that is open is a far walk.

It would be great if the breakfast time would start earlier.

Everybody was kind, it is located in a quiet zone with near public transport stations and there is a supermarket very close to the hotel. The breakfast is very tasty and abundant.

However some lights and switches had poor contact, in addition to the hydro in the bathtub in the room not working properly. The SPA needs more maintenance, the pool water was natural and needed a little more heating and some items were defective.

The room was very comfortable The breakfast was very good. The jets in the spa were very good, including the sauna and steam room.

The beds were very hard, which was a problem for my husband who has back pains. I also felt the wall to wall carpeting in the room was rather stained and could use a good cleaning.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful.. the view from the rooftop bar/restaurant is incredible.. the rooms are huge with incredible views and the staff are soo helpful .. there was one gentleman in particular John Silva who was so helpful and kind ❤️ I felt like a Kardashian staying here 😅 I'll definitely return ❤️

The garage is spacious and has room, but getting to it causes a little dizziness because you have to drive four laps by car to level minus 4.

After the disappointment in the previous hotel in Porto, this hotel met all expectations. It is a high-quality, traditional five-star hotel that pays attention to details, so we received a bottle of port as a gift along with several bottles of water. Everything in the hotel was impeccable. The receptionist met us in everything, the breakfast was spectacular, the beds were comfortable. Everything was great!

The swimming pool area looks dated and guest shouldn’t pay for the sauna/pool area. The downstairs bar should have some entertainment by way of background music or a DJ. The air condition in our room didn’t work the entire trip

The bed would really benefit from a top mattress, it was not comfortable and felt very uneven with hard knots and bumps in it. The bed was in general bad condition with its underside falling apart.

It was well located in an area with plenty of shops and cafes, about 4km from the actual center of Porto.
