- there was not kettle in the room - not much space to hang wet towels or clothes

- room was quite small but had comfortable bed, flat tv and nice clean bathroom - good WiFi - we were able to leave our bags at the reception before the check-in - location was fine, close to metro stations and several restaurants but a bit further if you want to walk to downtown (cca 20 mins downhill so you need to climb a bit uphill on the way to the hotel)

The location is off-centre. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the food outlets and shopping. Much further away is the Duoro waterfront. It's ok if you don't mind the walking. A lot of construction was going on in the city.

The room was clean and adequate, We could use the kitchen although breakfast was not available. Free parking is just outside the hotel if you're lucky enough to get a spot. The staff did help us find a spot.

The room is good for a couple or solo, loved the bathroom. The metro station is just 5 minutes walking distance away from the hotel. They also allowed us to leave our bags because we arrived early.

No kettle in the room for tea or coffee and none on site. Not good for people who need that to get going in the mornings.

Very clean and comfortable room, albeit small. The innkeeper was a wealth of information about the city and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. No need for a tour book with this man at the helm.

The mattress was not so firm (I prefer firm mattress to sleep). Also, there could be more options of snacks and stuff like that for selling.

The room wasn't as clean as it appeared. The bathroom had long hairs, on the floor and walls. It could use with a few more hooks for the towels as there was only one. And our socks after walking around the room for less than 10 minutes, became quite dirty.

Great space, exactly like the pictures. Bed very comfortable and spacious room. Staff was very polite and informative. Great location and great for the price we paid. Would definitely stay again.

The property does not have a lift so you will need to prepare to carry your bag if you are assigned to a room upstairs or downstairs. Apart from this, I think the hotel is generally as advertised.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The location can be easily accessed. The Wi-Fi works great and fast. The place is accessible from the nearby metro station although you might have to deal with the sloping roads typical of Porto in going to the hotel.

This was a pleasant surprise! It may not have been real close to the center, but it's an easy walk (~15 minutes) to all the attractions! Excellent hot shower! Comfy bed! Great WiFi! Friendly personnels! Quiet neighborhood! Close to metro/bus stations! Good AC & heat (needed them both, lol)! The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the inside was bright and clean! Very reasonably priced! Many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a self-serve laundromat! I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again when I'm back in pretty Porto!
