Actually we were quite happy.

The location of Hotel Santa Justa is great. It really is in the heart of things. The staff is exceptional, helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The hotel isn’t super fancy, but it is beautifully decorated immaculate, and well equipped. The breakfast was a lovely buffet and the restaurant is good for dinner. I’d definitely stay there again

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Amenities were great (including free minibar) and refreshed each day. Central location. And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Hugo.

The location was excellent being within a few blocks of both the Santa Justia lift and the Triumphal Arch of Praca do Comercio. In fact you could see both from the corner the hotel resides on. The room we had was quiet despite being on the street and the breakfast was perfect with a good selection of fresh items.

Bathroom shower tile/grout could have been cleaned better.

We arrived early, around 10:30 am and even though checkin was not until 4pm they did accommodate us getting into room early. I also liked having the 24 hour staffing at the desk with English speaking staff. Easy to book airport transport with a couple of options. Excellent location.

The only little issue was the lift had a few problems but they seemed to get someone in to fix straight away.

The location of the hotel was fabulous. Walking distance to many attractions, located in the middle of the main area (& not on a steep hill!) with restaurants, coffee shops, shopping at your doorstep. The staff were always helpful, knowledgeable of the area & they spoke very good English. Would recommend.

The air in my room seems to be a little bit smelly, maybe due to the rain. The size of the room is not as big as I think. A little bit dark in the room. The double bed is actually a composition of 2 small bed.

I had a very warm welcome. The staff are super helpful I had some unexpected issue, super patient with warm smile. The roof is tall. There are lot of equipments in the room. Free mini bar and welcome paste de nata. Big bed and comfortable pillow.

I wish the room could be bigger.

Except the room was slightly smaller than I have expected, everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed the hotel location, kind staff, wonderful breakfast and anything else. I appreciate kind reception that allowed us for a early check-in after long flight. We will definitely stay again in the same hotel. Thanks. Free minibar with soft drinks in the room and complementary food and drink at the reception was absolutely a big plus.

Location was very central so it was very easy to reach all the touristic locations, we called a bolt generally very close to the hotel. Room was exceptionally comfortable, shower was amazing. We found the price of breakfast too high so we did not have breakfast in the hotel. I also loved the fact that they put some pastel de nata and porto wine as a welcome gift and randomly on our third day in our room we found some macarons, very nice gesture.

Slightly annoying aircon fan at the end of the corridor we could hear through the door .

Excellent location very close to transport and attractions. The staff was vry friendly and we appreciated the little extras: coffee, drinks and small presents left in the room.Though in the centre of the city the room was quiet and comfortably furnished. The bathroom and shower very well appointed.
