Some basic cutlery would have been useful. Room was unpleasantly warm during quite a cool stay in Lisbon. Ac was needed in the night as a result.

Nice quiet room. Staff very helpful and courteous. Near a main train station (Entrecampos), metro station (Campo Pequeno - the bullring there itself is good for bars and restaurants), Gulbenkian museum and park, and three small supermarkets. We appreciated the microwave and additional sink in the room.

Rooms outdated. One room had a strange configuration, elongated with unusable space. The location was ok, but required Uber to get around to the more popular places.

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city and a 30 mins walk from the main action. This might or might now be a problem. There are a few supermarkets close by and also some restaurants and takeaways.

The bedroom was very comfortable and the music in the room was a great feature which one can turn off if desired.

Reservation of hotel is not good and very confusing. No good system to check cancellations and rebook again. The hotel ‘s made me in trouble in changing of my reservation and my friends during our staying. Finally hotel staff informed to booking.com that I didn’t check in and had to be paid for cancellation. So I had to contact booking by myself and tried to force hotel to do again and again.

Several public transport options available within walking distance (2 to 10 min depending on what you need). Personally prefer separate shower as shower inside a bathtube was not so comfortable but it is small thing:)

Hotel is not far from metro station (one change from the airport) in good district. Personel was very nice and helpful, double bed super comfortable, room was cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast was very good with fruits and vegatables and big variety of sweet pastry (7 am- 10.30 am). 50 euro deposit per room required, returned after check out.

For the price we paid, we were asked for additional taxes - it was OK and a 70 lira guarantee returnable within 2 weeks of handing over the room. Upon handing over, everything was ok, confirmed. The money was not returned even after almost 3 weeks. They blamed it on the banking system but it's not true. It could have been a successful vacation, but it left a bitter taste! AE.

But for a 4 star hotel I would expect a much bigger/better TV with the main international channels (BBC, CNN, Fox, etc) in English. Also there should be a thinner blanket option (the winter blanket was too hot...). But all in all, a nice hotel. Thanks
