The locations is very good: safe and quite. We walked after dark to and from the Mariscal shopping center several times (and once even from the shopping center del sol to the hotel at night), where there are many restaurants/eateries are located. The room is spacious and the private kitchenette is adequately equipped with everything needed. The staff are very nice. Owner Claude is very enthusiastic to introduce you to everything about the hotel. He will even offer cooking Guarani omelette for the guests. Wifi works well. The hotel is very nicely decorated with numerous pictures, crafts, antiques, and books.

Bathroom had plenty of ants/bugs

Fantastic hotel, very unique but I loved the art throughout. Owner was very friendly cooking up some eggs in the morning. They checked me in very late (past midnight, coming from a late bus from Foz do Iguaçu), let me leave my bags also after checkout. All very much appreciated!

Really cool hotel that is essentially an art gallery with bedrooms mixed in. Check-in was smooth and quick, staff were helpful, bedroom was spacious with nice shower, comfy bed, desk, A/C, kitchenette. Owner is friendly with a sense of humor. Would without a doubt go back if I'm ever in Asunción again !!!

Water pressure varies a lot and the sheets are microfibre.

Plenty to eat for breakfast, buffet style and build your own omelette. Coffee from a machine is OK. Location is great, close to shops, dozens of great restaurants and cafes, close to Mariscal Lopez (main street) for transport but far enough not to get the noise. Oh, did I mention the art? The place is a major art gallery, every wall is covered with paintings, every spare corner with sculptures or old things.

The staff and the proprietor were amazing and went out of their way to help us. There was lifts for those (me) who don't walk toowell. The breakfast was very good as was the room and beds. We loved the eclectic collection of art that the owner had collected over the years. In short: we loved this little hotel and would like to return some day.

My stay included a huge room, great breakfast with eggs and fresh fruit, onsite laundry for no extra charge, and friendly and professional interactions with hotel staff. The proprietor's art collection decorates the hotel's private and common spaces. On warmer days, a swimming pool invites guests to its crystal clear waters. There is one gym next door and another one three blocks to the east. Several different places to eat and shop, including a grocery store, surround the plaza four blocks to the south. WiFi is reliable and the cable TV includes Bloomberg.

Location is perfect near the best area in town for both shops and nightlife. Got a massive room so excelent value for the price. Staff spoke only Spanish but did their best to communicate.

The hotel is clean, simple, well equipped, has very friendly and helpful staff and is in a great location in Asuncion. The room came with basic kitchen utensils, the pool was nice and refreshing, there is a washing machine to DYI laundry (but BYO) powder. I would stay there again in heartbeat. Many bars, restaurants, shops and shopping malls were close by, within walking distance which makes life convenient. I didn't have the breakfast option, so can't comment on that. My room (17) had nice views out over the tree covered Asuncion, which was a nice bonus
