Some maintenance/ repair works creating a lot of noise........very disturbing when you want to relax.

Very spacious room, nice balcony, excellent breakfast. Beautiful location, nice beach, excellent services. Good restaurants on site, plenty option for lunch or dinner.

We had an outstanding experience celebrating my wife's birthday at your establishment. The staff were exceptional, especially with the room arrangements and the special, unexpected "mom-to-be" gift from Anna, the lady in red. The team at Al Sufra was fantastic. Sharef provided excellent service during our morning buffet and made the surprise birthday cake presentation for my wife extra special. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We are eager to return for another occasion. Thank you all for making our stay memorable!

The beach is unfortunately very small and more of a pond than a "nice beach"

Just as you would expect, a really excellent hotel with very friendly and professional staff, especially Wilmer, who looked after us very charmingly! He's a really nice guy who excellent his work and makes with a lot of heart blood. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Likewise the Lady in Red Laura did a fantastic job for us Large rooms, comfortable beds and great surroundings. The facilities are great and we wish we could have stayed more than 2 days but unfortunately we had to fly.

I never write reviews and it’s down to the people that work here. It’s because of the staff mentioned below I’m writing the review and they deserve recognition and praise. From booking the hotel to checking out this hotel has been exceptional. The hotel in itself is jaw dropping and upto date. It’s more of a palace rather than a hotel in the heart of the Pearl. The building architecture is beautiful and has character. My room was cleaned and checked twice a day to high standard. The amenities within the hotel are fabulous. I have no faults or any inconveniences to mention about the hotel. The hotel is Modern and upto date with all kinds of room technology and the facilities within. If anyone wants luxury then I definitely recommend this hotel. It's close by to a lot areas and the scenes surrounding are beautiful, plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Getting a taxi to all the tourist attractions are between 5-20 minutes and very cheap. What made my stay at the hotel the best ever travelling solo were all the members of staff from the hotel; their service is amazing nothing is ever too much, from house keeping, reception, check in desk staff, valet men, security, swimming pool & beach staff have all been nothing but friendly, accommodating, informational and very kind and caring. A lot of praise goes to each and every one of people working at the hotel but in particular I want to mention the ladies in red Safaa & Imen, Saria the manager, front desk Ilyas, from valet Naftali, Mohammed from Public house, Preeti & her co walker partner in security, Chaminda & Wycliffe lifeguards have been absolutely amazing. Each and every one of these people have been extremely helpful, always smiling and very attentive. These people see you for afar and start smiling. They all bring happy and warm vibes the minute you see them. There are more people I wanted to mention but I can't remember all their names. Everyone is so friendly and humble.

Marsa Malaz Kempinski , it’s a super resort , I advise everyone to go there ,which you can find a good view , cleaning well, amazing staff Starting from the GM and all the managers and the staff thank you so much for your upgrade to us we book a room and they upgrade us with a good suite fantastic , thank you for all the managers that they teach well their staff for this proper hospitality to us ,from the reception, guest relations , restaurants,spa ,security …..all the outlets ,especially : Kim ,Laura ,Maruf ,willmer ,sayed ,katherina and all of you sorry I did not remember all the names , I’m graduated and they surprise me with a good setup with flowers 🌹 balloons 🎈 and cakes 🎂 fruits 🍈 ,Thank you so much to making us happy 😃

Prices at onsite restaurants are slightly on higher side especially alcohol. Have to taxi everywhere to get around although taxis are cheap.

Quality of fit out and theme. Great beach and ample sunbeds. Staff were all friendly.

We travelled during EID and there was a function on at the American bar downstairs and we were unable to get lunch on that day which was inconvenient as this was the main option for food and coffee. It is quite isolated, but they provide you with you with bottled water and lovely food options.

Amazing hotel, just so beautiful everywhere you go. We had a room overlooking the water and pool which was nice. Staff were lovely, particular mention to the female security, she was on each day we were there and always greeted us with a smile.

The only thing was the hotel in in the flight path so not all day but sometimes had several planes fly over- Realise nothing can be done but if I had satyed for a longer time may have been an issue, However everything else was excellent as to be expected from a Kempinski !

Excellent Hotel - service and standards were superb. Loved the secret garden great for sunset drinks ! Breakfast had so much choice . Only stayed one night but would love to stay for more.

Can improve on the housekeeping

Great stay with hotel providing everything you need with excellent and friendly services throughout from valet, reception and all staff. Beautiful location with good amount of restaurants nearby (Toro Toro is worth a visit) and nice setup with beach and pool to make it a relaxing stay for all types of travelers.

Shower Drainer was not smooth flowing Doors need to be fixed

Pool access was fantastic. Beach access was great. Breakfast was ultimate. Staff were very kind. Overall it was a great and memorable stay
