wifi connection is weak and unstable in my room, location may not very friendly to those traveler with public transportation. the kettle is not very clean in my room.

Nice hotel, the room is big, clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, a typical hotel you could find everywhere, Auchan supermarket is within a walkable distances, (about 15 mins single way.)

The beds was very uncomfortable with heavily worn mattresses, there is no English TV channels.

Good stay overnight in trransit. Excellent location at the edge of the city, so quick drive in an out. Quiet place, although there was an event, I did not hear it in the room.

WiFi was very poor in the evening. I think every guest connect with 2-3 or more devices at the same moment which dramatically reduce the capacity and speed of the internal network.

Breakfast was OK but very basic. To be honest hotel location was perfect for me because it is almost outside of the city, but maybe this is the reason of not so many guests for which to prepare more meals.

The breakfast offer is so poor for a 4* hotel. The reusing of key card paper holders is ridiculous for BW Premier standard.

Good location, if you are with car, and free parking place is offered.

Old furniture. The legs of the chairs were unreliable. It is desirable to have lighting on the ceiling. In the evening there was not enough lighting. I would also like to have a smart TV in the room.

The location of the hotel is convenient for transit travelers. It is located next to the road to the airport. Also nearby are large shopping centers IKEA, AUCHAN, Dedeman, Metro. Good breakfast. Clean linen in the room. Internet worked well.

Air conditioning doesn't work because system still was adjusted for heating. With 25 degrees outside you still have only heating possibilities, looks a bit strange

Nothing really. Just that breakfast is a la carte rather than buffet due to COVID I guess, but servant was nice and even brought extra to what we asked.

Solid, good quality / good service hotel - pretty much what you'd expect from BW chain in Eastern Europe (BW here is better than in US to my taste). Clean, nice and "fresh" interiors, transparent check in process. Lady at reception was nice to get us convenient connecting rooms.

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The carpet in the hallways and room was very dirty giving it an unsanitary vibe. When I entered my room it smelled like somebody had smoked there for hours before I came. It literally made my eyes water. At breakfast I could not not find anything that looked remotely appealing so I decided to skip it. I have not seen more than one person in the hotel, and I felt like the receptionist was the maid as well as the breakfast chef. If you do not have enough occupancy and need to cut corners and reduce costs to stay afloat, that is fine. But DO NOT market yourself as a 4 star hotel and do not price yourself as such, because it will not go well with your guests.

The hotel is very nice, clean, out of the city. The room has absolutely everything what a traveller needs ( enough sockets, a table with two comfortable chairs, bath robes and slippers...). A restaurant with delicious meals, cosy sofas in lobbies, nice garden, grand piano, friendly English speaking receptionists. Big parking. And in the evening we watched a gorgeous lighting of the highway just in front of the hotel. Thanks.

Very unfriendly night reception! The hotel is not cooperating with booking.com The breakfast was the worst experience, after sleeping in a room that was made for disabaled people!

This hotel is created for locals, or to celebrate weddings etc… If you are foreigner, and travelling for business purpose,choose an other hotel!

Just as all previous times this hotel has exceeded my expectations. We have arrived very late 1am, the staff was there, everything was prepared, just waiting for us. This hotel has an unique location for transit. it is literally minutes from Bucharest "belt" (circular road around the city). However its quality and service matches best hotels in the center.

Shower broken. Bett, blanket not prepared. No German TV channel except (RTL dog info, who need this). ARD or ZDF would be good.

All seems to be old, sticky and…. In the room was cold and when I asked they told me that the heating system is not turned on yet as midle of October is not so cold :). But they gave me a electric blower that made more noise than heat so I switched it off. In the morning all hotel was smeling from kitchen. Water kettle was dirty and had limestone inside (just good to finish a terrace). Bathroom had a dirty look lime were never was cleaned good enough. Moquette is full of spots and dirty, same as the chairs. And this was all for just 330 RON (about 70EUR). Awful
