Dreamy village on top of the hill. Takes you back in time with every look and touch. Very nice breakfast, staff was very kind, room was confortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cottage Vasile! It was our first time visiting, and we will definitely be back, also with our parents. We needed a place only for relaxing and being close to nature, and this is perfect. The view is amazing, the cottages are an experience to be valued, they really are like in the old times, keeping the cool inside regardless of outdoor temperatures, but they are also equipped with heating, and that made it very comfortable. We enjoyed staying on the porch, watching people pass by, we read outside by the little table which every cottage has, we went for small walks around the venue (which, by the way, is big and enjoyable) and we enjoyed here and there an apple picked from the trees by us. The attention to details is something that we never saw in other places. The place is so well thought of and designed that it left us very, very impressed. And it is very clean, and friendly, and quiet. The breakfast was very very good, high quality products, very varied, traditional, but accommodating to all tastes. I could go on forever with all the things we really liked, but we highly recommend everyone to try it at least once. It s not a place to sleep, it really is an experience!

This was our favorite hotel of our ten day Romania trip. The rooms had lovely traditional decor and very comfortable beds. Staff was very nice and even gave my friend some small special gifts for her birthday! We hired a private guide for the day, Florin Asgard, verpolis@gmail.com, who took us around to see the churches. He was fabulous and added immeasurably to our experience.

I have stayed at La Roata together with my family, on my brother's recomendation, that stayed there the year before. I must say that the location is perfect. Beautiful traditional houses that give you that feeling of childhood. We have stayed in the newer villa, but the rooms were comfortavle and had all the amenities necessary. The breakfast is amazing, home cooked food and everthing is fresh. I have requested for non lactose milk and it was provided straight away. We will come back for sure.

Breakfast was available from 8:30 a.m., which is relatively late. The room was fine, but there was no chair and table where one could work - e.g. sitting at a computer catching up on e-mail.

La Roata is located at the edge of Gura Humorului. From the balcony of our room, there was a view across the valley, and up the hillside, where there were both grassy fields and houses. It was a peaceful and relaxing place. The room was comfortable enough, and the breakfast was nice.

Pension La Roata is the most beautiful and interesting place I have seen in Bucovina, it is not a single pension with rooms, it is a mixture of traditional and modern houses and cottages, congratulations to Raluca for creating and maintaining such a nice place. The room was very nice, extremely clean, the breakfast is a traditional one with high quality food locally sourced. We will definitely return on our next trip to Bucovina.

My daughter and lived in Anastasia's house. Everything is very well thought out and in the traditional Romanian style, very comfortable and it feels like we just came to visit relatives.

The staff at this location is exceptional. Very kind and very responsive. Raluca who works in the reception is also exceptional. She is kind, informative and extremely helpful. The food at breakfast was also beyond our expectations. I highly recommend staying at this property.

- no heating or hot water for the first night of our stay - the bed was a bit on the stiffer side

- the apartment we stayed in was spacious - everything was very clean - the property is large has a nice Mountain View - there’s rabbits, chickens, a loud rooster, cats and dogs - the staff is very friendly and helpful
