This is a general warning to all prospective guests of this hotel. Unfortunately, during our stay and in our assigned room, we left in the closet of the room some clothes (jacket and sweater for women) and after a couple of hours of check out and realizing that we forgot our belongings there, we confidently called the hotel staff (and via email we attached to the staff photos of where we left our clothes) and the answer given was that we had not left anything in the room (BIG AND PROVEN LIE).... then we insisted via email and to date no one from the hotel or Booking has responded.... It is unfortunate that in an establishment of this supposed category (3 stars or more) the staff in charge (or the cleaning staff) has the lightness to STEAL (for that is a sad and fragrant theft) personal belongings of their guests. Honestly, it is not advisable to stay in places where such reprehensible and dishonest acts are the dish of the day (and I am sorry for the honest people who work there). 0 empathy on the part of the staff in dealing with these outrageous and unethical acts of their staff. I hope they will show their faces and be adult, honest and sensible... we will take this complaint and the evidence to the relevant authorities.

Nothing... the lack of honesty makes them worthless. We were robbed and personal belongings mysteriously disappeared from our room and no one responds for the act itself and much less for the requests and damages caused.

The price was way too high for what they're offering. We had stained towels (the staff was helpful and changed those even though they mentioned that there might be a possibility that they only had rust stained ones). Same stains on our sheets.The carpet was incredibly dirty, and we didn't have slippers included, which was a big problem when we had to go in the shower and exit the shower. Also, there was only a soap dispenser in the shower cabin, so no shampoo was available either. It isn't worth paying that much for getting that little.

The staff was great! Very helpful and nice. The sky view from the room was definitely a plus. The breakfast was good, a nice assortment of food.

Me and my friend would like to check in at 3:35 pm (Check in was at 4pm) The man who served us was very unpleasant. I understand that we were 25min earlier but there is lots of possibilities to say this in a pleasant way.

The accommodation was good, very clean rooms. Unfortunately not all of the staff was helpful and friendly.

It was noisy, the bed was shaking under me whenever a tram was passing by. The towels had some stains, one of them had a tear on it. I couldn't open the roof window and the blinder was old and torned. I even found a cockroach. I am sorry to say but it wasn't what I was expecting after the other comments. It's rather a 2 star accommodation than a 4!

TOO HOT in the room even in November. There's a 100% chance you'll sleep with cold air conditioning on and be stiff in the morning. SMALL - all rooms are roof rooms and are extremely tiny. Most likely, you'll feel claustrophobic. Horrendous smell from the bathroom and siphon. The shower's handle was broken.

We didn't like how small the room was. We didn't have any space to unpack our luggage. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which led to high humidity and unpleasant smell. The door was broken. Our breakfast was cold and not tasty. There is no elevator. The photos do not represent truly the place.

The A\C was broken, the staff can't give us another room. We had to stay several hours in a row in a room where the temperature was above 32 degrees.

There was extreme noise from the kitchen in our room, we couldn't sleep. The staff were very unfriendly. Paid parking in front. This is not a 4-star hotel but just a pension above the restaurant.

The room was in an attic and it got very hot. If you turned on the AC it would blow cold air straight to your face. You could both hear and feel when the tram was passing by, it felt like an earthquake. The bathroom had no ventilation (no window and no fan). Breakfast was not diverse and mediocre in taste.

Facilities are a bit outdated when comparing to the pictures, especially in the toilets, with traces of moist all over. Also it was not clean enough as we fund hair around the bathroom, you can see it has been cleaned but they missed spots, however this need attention from cleaning staff as nothing puts off as much as hair on the toilet seat. As the rooms are in the attic, we would reccomend guest artival time inquiry to turn on the airconditioning prior to arrival in summer months as it is extremely hot when not airconditioned. We had an issue with the aircondition in our room, but the staf vas kind enough to give us another. However the airconditions might require an update. Also, some moscito protection would be nice as we strugled with the same all nigt.

No phone in the room No iron in the room Probably the carpet hasn't been washed since they installed it. AC is not working in the evening The instructions in the room are written with mistakes. No introduction and briefing from the staff at check-in. It's hot in the building. Breakfast food was 2 star max, but the presentation of it was the worst. Staff at restaurant are not involved in guest satisfaction at all. Very noisy in the coridor while was trying to fall asleep. Couldn't untill the chilled out. I asked for double room and I get twin bed so my husband and I slept separately , OK it was only for 2 nights but at least they could informed us. The breakfast was poor and I think they didn't have fresh vegetables I mean it was like the tomato or cucumber was there for ages. Also no one speaks English ,like even hello they didn't say but they were polite (not everyone) . I think generally it's OK for 1 or 2 days.

It was clean. And the location it's OK if you want to walk for the sightseeing like parliament or the centre it is good. Also if you have a car it has parking that you can pay by app. It was decent.

The staff were not very accommodating. The room was very small, and not very clean. The carpet needs desperate cleaning as well as the tiles in the bathroom. The top mattress on the bed needs to be removed as it's uncomfortable and makes you sweat.

The hotel is a walkung distance from the parlament. The park of Carol 1st is also very close.

I had a flight at night, so I told the stuff that I will check out at night. No one was there and the door were closed! I was just locked inside!!! Almost missed my plane... Horrible experience and irresponsible stuff!
