The biggest problem was the hot shower. The first room we stayed had a water heater tank but hadn’t been turned on and we ended up having just slightly warm water after waiting for 20 min as instructed. Then they told us to wait for more hours but it finally didn’t work. It was quite annoying not to be able to let our kids take hot shower and make them wait in dusty clothes after safari drive and vomiting due to car sickness. I asked the receptionist to let us cancel the booking for the following day and they kindly prepared another room with a water heater working. The next room, however, had a hot shower but the water pressure was quite low, just like dripping, even on the first floor, which was unacceptable for the room charge we paid. We stayed at three hotels in Kigali during this trip and this hotel was the most expensive and the water facility was the worst.

Staff is always nice to us. The receptionists are responsible enough to make their efforts to solve the problem our room had. The young lady in the restaurant smiled us and serve well every time. The cleaning staff also have good hospitality.

I can`t think of anything.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The free shuttle was already waiting when I arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and smooth. My room was huge, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful in organizing my sightseeing in Kigali. It`s located near the airport and Kimoronko market which suited me perfectly. The photos on Booking are genuine.

the noise in the rooms facing the road. it’s next to joints and pubs, so on a Friday / Saturday they party. they should consider noise proof windows and glasses

breakfast was exceptional, diverse and different everyday. Room was nice with a balcony. Free airport shuttle was waiting for me for hours because of flight delay and they took me back there in the night just as I needed and ask for. Staff was always helpful and nice.

The facility is exceptionally Clean, Neat and well Kept. The Staffs were very friendly, very Courteous and ever ready to provide assistance. There were a variety of meals to choose from. The breakfast was exceptionally healthy, you had a wide range of selections to choose from. My favourite tea was the African tea with ginger. I arrived Kigali very late in the Night and the Staffs were available to pick me up, On my return Journey to the Airport the staff were equally available to drop me at the Airport for my early Morning Flight. I will like to visit again.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, variety of meals at breakfast, the shuttle driver had to wait for me and to pick me up at the airport even though my flight was delayed, cleaning and kitchen staff very friendly, receptionists very friendly too. There was an iron in my room, hair dryer, toothbrushes, mosquito nets, clean air.... overall 10/10

It's an eye candy to see so many women working around day and night. The view from the hotel is exceptional. Staff is friendly and supportive. Food is exceptional too. My stay was outstanding overall. This hotel will be my first choice if ever I visit Kigali again.

The only thing I didn't like is that I tried to reach them several times on the phone (number on booking.com) and there was no response. Upon my arrival, I told them this. They apologised, checked the number I was calling and told me that was their manager's number who was on holiday.

Everything about the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment, good food. Very good value for money. You have everything in the room even up to shaving blade.
