We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PhilippinesSlow Service in the beach area. Slow buggy Service. So expensive food and drinks. More expensive than Maldives which is more shocking as I stayed in a far better hotel in Maldives with more selection of breakfast buffet and higher and faster Service. Also food restaurant variety is better there. Food is not exceptional. Only 1 bathroom in the whole beach area. Few selection in breakfast. Quality of service is miles apart compared to Maldives.
Beach is wonderful and so is the landscape and especially the rocks. Very nice private beach in Seychelles.

AustriaThe hotel has no HeliPad; you have to use the one from Kempinski and book additional transfer. Upon arriving at the reception, it was extremely crowded. I believe we were unlucky as several flights arrived at the same time. We chose a table ourselves, no one came to us. After 30 minutes waiting, we received our welcome drinks. It was only after the crowd dispersed that we were able to get someone to check us in. The service in the restaurants was disappointing, especially during breakfast. The staff seemed disorganized and poorly trained. Multiple waiters approached us asking the same questions, while we waited for our coffee for 20-30 minutes. Additionally, we found worms in the plants at our table in the restaurant by the pool. The management tried to improve the impression by excluding some dinners from our final bill. Cleaning sometimes only occurred in the evening, so whenever we returned to the room after breakfast and the beach around noon, it had not been cleaned.
The property is a real gem, beautiful beach and amazing villa with an ocean view! I was initially concerned about room safety (we have a 3.5-year-old kid), but everything was well prepared (safety grid, bed). Our daughter was welcomed at the reception by a lady from the kids' club, got a present - something we've not experienced before. There were plates with teddy bear cookies and complimentary juice for her in the room, a nice touch. The kids' club and kids' menu were also good. The buggy service worked perfectly; despite all the action, we never had to wait long. The Saturday buffet was one of the best we've ever had, with a great selection of seafood, grill options etc. I particularly liked the idea of having a barbecue on the beach, where you could grill your lunch in big green egg. We also enjoyed the sushi dinner very much. Nice complimentary activities such as yoga, circle training, an interesting workshop about the reef and its inhabitants, led by local biologists. The spa has a breathtaking view over the resort and the lagoon, and you could come for sunset Champagne and enjoy the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

SwitzerlandFor an upscale place with an upscale clientele, the payment system is a bit odd. They block an amount on your credit card as most hotels do, but at checkout, they don’t immediately reverse the charge. They then say that it’ll be returned in 5-7 business days. 99% of the hotels I’ve stayed in refund the amount immediately. After I checked out, I stayed at the Hilton Northolme and they didn’t block any amounts on my credit card.
One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel.

Also, Chef Hassan Ahmed and His assistant Mohamed Alsayed for their accommodations and always meeting our requests.
