Beautiful Room on 6th floor, lovely balcony and views over the park. Staff were delightful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room spectacular, very chilled. Really good location , easy walking to all main areas.

My room was very hot and I often had to turn the fan on and open the windows. The temperature difference going from the fifth floor to the sixth seemed large.

The location was amazing and the room was the perfect size for a solo traveler (as advertised). The staff were also all incredibly nice and helpful, and the included breakfast was great.

We booked a room with a ‘large double bed’ but it was two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. If you move into the middle at all the beds would separate - so don’t expect a cuddle!

Loved the hotel, the decor, the atmosphere, the staff and the restaurant. Breakfast was great and dinner was amazing.

I went to Stockholm for a concert on a Saturday. The concert started at 3pm, so I left a message when I book the hotel, asking for an early check-in, and got “OK” as a reply. However, I wasn’t able to get early check in on site. Not big issue since I don’t have many luggage, but hope it can deliver what has been promised. The pub nearby was quite loud during the evening.

Fantastic location, right in the city centre. Good restaurant. Bed is comfortable.

Unfortunately, only Asian cuisine is offered including drinks at the bar, at least that's not what you would expect from Sweden. Heating, windows urgently need to be renovated in winter, very cold, air conditioning on the roof so that the upper floors have all the noises in the room. Unfortunately, this also applies to the kitchen exhaust air, which is blown out directly in front of the room.

Some noise from the nightclubs onsite made it hard to get off to sleep and the pillows weren't to our liking.

Fantastic location and excellent breakfast. Staff really friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

I took and "Essential" room and some of the photos on that book show a desk with a chair. This was a business trip and I needed to get some work done. As the photos showed the desk, I didn't check the room details and was disappointed to see that the room had a super small coffee table as that was it. I had to work from the bed as there was so other surface I could have put my computer on. We also had a small issue with the restaurant for dinner as they took 50 min to serve us (at 20h30, well past rush hour) after we ordered and then the floor manager thought that being a bit flirty would fix the issue. Small things that would not prevent me from staying here again, but would def make me avoid/question certain things.

The aesthetic of the hotel is really nice and the location was perfect for what we needed. We were quite excited about the beauty of the restaurant which the huge ceilings and the chandeliers. Comfy beds and good shower.

Booked a room with two separate beds but we got a room with one extra large bed, which was also manageable, just not what we made the reservation on at the first place.

Amazing interiour (especially the ballroom/breakfast hall) and sparkling clean rooms. Great breakfast with a welcoming mimosa. Check-in easy and quick, location very central close to metro and bus stations. Staff friendly and professional.
