We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bellora. I was in Gothenburg for one night and needed something simple and comfortable. It ticked all boxes and more. It was also very affordable, great location, clean, very courteous staff. But the absolute highlight is the breakfast in the restaurant. Wow! Definitely don't miss out on that. 😍 Loved it and I'll definitely be back.

The location is great, the staff are fabulous - really welcoming on reception no matter the lateness of the hour you arrive! The rooms are bijou but well equipped and incredibly comfortable.

The hotel is central, with small but well equipped rooms, the reception staff were lovely and very welcoming.

SwedenThere was zero space to put our little luggage. One could barely walk around the bed. The only side table was occupied with a basket of things to buy, like a Minibar. It would help to have at least 1 place to leave phone, keys, charger etc.
This was the tiniest room that I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated though, breakfast was lovely. And all employees were super helpful and friendly.

SwedenParking is quite pricy, but equals what you have to pay in Gothenburg in general.
The very generous breakfast with its Italian touch exceeded our expectations by far. The restaurant venue is very cozy, with a both relaxed and cool atmosphere. The location of the hotel at the beginning of Gothenburg's equivalent to Champs-Élysées is excellent. It's close to both the shopping district and the event locations around Scandinavium, Svenska Mässan and Liseberg.

The location is great for access to the City, it's worth noting that on Friday and Saturday night, there's a nightclub (not at the hotel) from which you can hear the bass beat which continues until 4 am - it's not horrendous but could irritate you if you're a light sleeper. The reception staff were fabulous, welcoming, and happy to help in any way they could. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, with great pillows!!
