Our room was a small one, and was a bit cramped. We were unluckily directly over the downstairs bar on Saturday night, which played loud music, however this only went until midnight.

Location excellent, beautiful building, lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable big bed.

The breakfast was served in the basement of the hotel located directly opposite. The breakfast was extremely basic, the coffee was pretty awful and the boiled eggs were green! However what can you expect for the price we payed.

Pretty looking hotel and we had a nice sized room. Convenient distance from the train station, with friendly staff. Close distance to a local supermarket and we had a fridge available in our room. Short walk to the town centre.

I was expecting a old-world hotel that had been updated but got an old-world hotel that had been converted.

Location was on a very strange street. Decorating had spoiled the appeal of the old building

Reservation desk and breakfast was in another hotel on the same street. No ventilation in the room. We had to open the window to a terribly noisy street, shouting and music till 3 am. Only one hook in the bathroom. Shower faucet didn't work well.

Breakfast was not so good. Juices were poor. No bread toaster. They can improve breakfast. As well, we had to move to another hotel (opposite our hotel). It was pouring so we get wet a little bit.

Good rooms, quite spacious. All clean. Gym was great. Location was close to main tourist attractions.

The hotel agreed to an early check in, which was not possible when I got there. Not 100 clean (sticky stain on the night table). Receptionists friendly enough, but some staff just rude

It was warm in our room.

The room was really big for our group of three people. Very clean also. The bathroom was nice and big also.

Breakfast room was very crowded, so if you´re in a hurry, go a bit earlier. Then again, I was there on a national holiday, so this probably doesn´t happen on a regular basis.

Perfect location for exploring Örebro. Very close to a large parking garage. Room was spacious and nice, well lit. Overall very pleasant stay.

Towels were thin but smelled clean. Breakfast was served in a hotel across the road, which was understandable as the hotel was getting refurbished. Had to collect the key from the hotel across the road, and I would have liked a more personal reception, but only a minor inconvenience Would have liked tissues to be available in the room.

The room was very clean, the bed linen was crisp and fresh and the bed was comfortable. The room had a kettle, which is a bonus. Great location, close to train station and town centre. Reception staff appeared friendly. Would stay again.

I arrived about 6 pm and reception was closed. It took some time to be able to find them, the night reception was across the road in a different hotel. They could've written this information on the door, instead they just left a phone number. As a foreigner with no local phone line I got in a difficulty. The room they gave me was uncleaned with trashes scattered everywhere, I thought somebody was still staying there. I had to go all the way back to the reception to get a new one. Fortunately they had another room. If not, I wonder how they would get the room cleaned at that time without a staff.

Breakfast was good. You can even ask for gluten free bread option.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect, with several options. Excellent location close to the train station. People working in reception were super friendly and helped us to get a taxi, and keep the luggage longer.

Our heater in the room was broken.

We hade a trippelroom that had 3 beds, quilte large room. Nice breakfast buffe with great coffe.

you can book twin room, but will get double room. without reception in same building, who could solve this issue in late evening.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken, but that was probably just unlucky timing. The room was a bit chilly at night
