- No wardrobe in the room - it was necessary to pre-book the exact time of the arrival to the breakfast a day before - No water in the room (instead of that, the water was available in the lobby) - No fridge in the room - at check-in the personnel wanted to scan the credit card for "financial security" and "just in case", even the reservation was fully paid

Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. Staff were really helpful. Beds were a little uncomfortable and we asked for sheets to be freshed on arrival as there were hairs on them and a plaster stuck to the mattress. They were changed no problem promptly as received a complementary coffee.

Saifulaah was extremely disrespectful and rude when we told him our room on the 3rd day wasn’t cleaned, he said it’s our fault we didn’t book it so there’s nothing to apologize for keeping in mind we were never told about a booking system to clean your room daily.

I personally thought the bed was too soft but another friend thought it was great. Maybe it depends on which room you get. Would be nice if jacuzzi and sauna area were more accessible.

Disability facilities were very accessible and the rooms were very nice. Very spacious rooms for wheelchair and all accessible functions were in working order. We had our conference here so they are able to handle 20 or guests with accessibility issues. We really loved how close it was to the station as well. It was a 5 minute scoot in the chair. Temperature was perfect in the room. Sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. Jacuzzi was not accessible unless you have good arm strength. The handrail helped but there are stairs up to it.

Location was good. Last minute room availability was very much appreciated. Big room. Lots of facilities on site such as bar, restaurant. Breakfast buffet catering staff were ridiculously friendly serving you to your table throughout your time. Breakfast buffet was huge in variety. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Excellent location next to the train, bus and Tram terminals. Very close to bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was great with British offerings, quite unusual.

While the room was clean, some of the common areas (especially staircases) could have been cleaner (although I don't think too many people take the stairs so probably not a priority). Front desk staff were a bit mixed - some very friendly and helpful, others seemed disinterested.

The location, gym/sauna, and breakfast were all excellent. Also the children's playroom and games (table football and ping pong) were a nice touch. Comfortable beds/bedding and excellent soundproofing in the room too. Breakfast boxes for early check outs were much appreciated too. All in all - we had a great stay. The positives far outweigh any negatives and we'd definitely stay again.
