The cottages seemed much bigger/nicer on the pictures. You definitely need a car or a bike while staying there, or prepare to walk for 25 mins to get groceries.

Great location, kids loved the area and the playground. Cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. We got prompt help when bathroom light broke, and we were offered another cottage instead. Service building with showers was very clean and well kept.

Need more cleaning in toilets and showers. We were for people for two nights and only had availability for 10 minutes of shower for all of us during those 2 days, which is very little.

I think the staff was a bit cold. very sharp in answers and not very helpful. We stayed first in one of the tents and thinking we would change to the cottage later during the week, we charged the shower cards with a little extra credit. We forgot we needed to do a check out and then a separate check in. We asked if the money could be transferred or returned, and the simple answer was no. It is really not a matter of money, although it seemed a bit illogic that money could not be returned, but it really felt that the staff should have had more tact than just saying, “no, the money cannot be transferred nor return”. When we transferred to the cottage, we realized we forgot one additional pillow case, so went to rent one. The answer was that we needed to rent the whole kit, sheets, duvet cover, towel AND pillow case. We had to, as we didn’t want to be penalized for “lack of hygiene” however, it was to us an excessive rent, when we only needed a pillow case. They should be able to charge such items separately.

The customer service could be better and more clear when it comes to give specific instructions about the check-in process and information related to the facilities and surroundings.

Check in time is too late, we reached visby at hotel at 10 but we were allocated room at 3 pm, it should be a little early like may be 12 pm

It was a group of 8 of us in two economy cottages. The view was amazing! The cottage was cozy, nice and clean :) The place was easily accessible and close to Visby. We had a very happy stay! Tack! :)

the reception was unpleasant, unfortunately we couldn't stay there, we weren't even allowed to sleep there. we didn't even get the money back even though it was their fault

Absolutety not worth the money. Everything is organized so that the owner makes money at the expense of the visitor. At this price level - theee are so many better options in and around Visby - it is never expected to have to bring our own bed sheets, to spend hours cleaning the entire room before leaving or face the threat if a heafty fine. The puctures look nice, but once you have pre-pay starts a most unpleasant engrenage.

The main problem was the facilities. I think the number of toilets and showers are not enough for the size of this camp. Not much facilities for kids as well. I was expecting at least a small playground for kids.

The location was perfect. It is very close to the port and also to Visby city. There is a sand beach close by, although not much sand so not really good for kids. But still it is good. The cabin was nice and clean.
