The location was fine but you have to cross intersections to get too and from the MRT. There was construction in the lobby when I was there, and for whatever reason the check in lobby is on the second floor, not the first. The secondary shower head was basically a loose hose just spewing water all over the bathroom. Some of the light switches were kind of finicky and because you have to leave your room key in the slot to power the room, the air conditioning would turn off when you left and the room would heat up.

Staff was great and let me check in early. The location is pretty good with a few malls nearby and two different 24/7 restaurants beneath the hotel. There is a MRT station and a 7/11 within 2 minutes walk, which is convenient.

We were there whilst they were still under construction. So there was no proper lobby, which was a shame, but we were allowed to dona late check-out and also use their gym after checking out. With a new lobby and including breakfast, I would recommend this place !

I admire the room in hotel g, it is comfy and soft after resting. Also the bathroom is quite creative and modern especially the sink which I love it.. Furthermore, The locations nearby are the convenient to visit. though the room is quite small but it is worth spending and staying.

Staff is not very helpful and make guests wait while they talk and laugh in their language. My reservation included breakfast but they gave me a $10 starbucks gift card, not fair at all if you compare to any hotel that provides breakfast. Reception is in the second floor. All guests are confused when entering the hotel, I have myself helped a few of them to get in.

Good location as it’s close to the Metro, sightseeing places etc. Room and bed were fairly spacious for a solo traveler like me. Nice city views. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the gym although it was a little small.

Lady at check in wasn’t the most friendly. Attached restaurant not always open for food or drinks. Room was quite small but this wasn’t too much of an issue.

The room is extremely small - I'd almost say even smaller than it seems in the picture Somehow we were able to clearly hear when someone above/around us flushed their toilet (we didn't hear voices or anything else though) The bathroom design was kinda horrible - the doors definitely weren't sound proof and were tough to close in general + when taking a shower, you basically flooded the toilet as well -> worst of all though, there was no ventialation system, so it was almost impossible to air out No way to let anything dry apart from using an extremely expensive hotel service - no matter the AC

Room a bit small but well laid out. Fire alarm went off in late evening and was a bit confusing as to what to do as audio message said do nothing and went on for 8-10 mins. Then all went quiet and we didn’t get any audio saying no action needed. On 15th floor so was a bit of a concern!

The design of the bathroom was not comfortable enough since it didn't provide a compartment which separate the shower room and the toilet. The room was also a bit tiny.

Overall the room was clean, and the services were great. I especially love the location which was just near the MRT station, super convenient!
