Some noise from the room on top of us on our last night.

It is in the heart of Singapore and we can just go for a walk to the nearest train station. Breakfast has good variety and was really good! The kids enjoyed it.

There where some noise from other rooms early in the morning which woke up up. An upgraded TV would be nice with latest apps.

Everything was excellent, and we have no complaints. The staff were very helpful in guiding us with directions nearby. The room was great, and after a long 12-hour flight, the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to have a wonderful night’s sleep.

Bit old and run down.

The hotel is okay if you are staying a couple of nights. The amenities are quite outdated and could definitely do with a renovation. However it was clean and the staff was so accommodating. You get complimentary free drinking water, and there is a happy hour with some snacks and free drinks. Our kids loved the pool after a hot day of exploring. Location is good. Lots of shopping around and the metro is a 5 minute walk away.

This our second time staying here. Excellent customer service from the front desk (thank you Darren). I remembered him when we first stayed here, this time it was so great to see him and serve us wonderfully again.

The hotel is looking a bit dated, and charging children as adults as soon as they turn 13 makes it expensive for what you get. It's a good deal for families with children under 12 though. The surcharge for our 13yo seemed a lot compared to other hotels, meaning we are unlikely to stay here again unfortunately

Breakfast could be improved: bakery such as croissants, danish was too cooked and hard but overall good choices and selections. We were at executive lounge which was much quieter to have breakfasts. Regular breakfast room was particularly busy and extremely loud . Speaking of loudness, room doors could be better isolated as we could clearly hear guests chatting when they were passing and standing in the hallway.

Excellent location, at close walk to Orchard road and Somerset MRT station. Reception and especially concierge staff was excellent and very helpful Rooms are quite spacious for the location and 4 lifts available so there was no waiting time. Our room was already ready despite our earlier arrival. Checkout was quick and at 12 pm which leaves you plenty of time to finish packing. Taxis are also available on request with concierge help. Swimming pool is big and convenient with sun beds and towels provided

The location, ease of check in / checkout. Was there for just one night with the kids, therefore didn't get to check out all the property features. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity, nice lively vibe. Main center is within walking distance.

Everything was good but check-in and check-out was problematic…during check out especially and despite it is booked and paid by booking I don’t understand their persistency on keeping me for half an hour meaninglessly for credit card check…this was the first time I have faced…despite the fact that having that issue, I was fair on the evaluation but need to state that issue…the staff should be smarter…

It’s slightly outdated but they are currently going through renovations. Wouldn’t be a deal breaker we would stay here again.

Great location. Staff were very helpful, made us feel welcomed every day. My Wife is a celiac, they catered for her and gave options from the menu after speaking to the chef, which was a life saver. Highly recommend it for families as the MRT is not far and the best way to get around. Kids had a great time in the pool as well.

We loved the location. It was closer to many places we visited, such as the Cloud Forest, Marina Bay Sands,universal studios etc. Apart from that it was very close to all the shopping malls and had many food options around it. Loved that we were able to walk around. We loved our stay there and the cleaning staff were very kind to us.
