Lovely hotel in central location near Orchard Rd and Orchard Rd MRT. Large single bed , adequate sized clean room . Good choices for breakfast .

before covid, room was facilitated with Nepresso coffee machine. But now, no more! Especially for “Premium Room” which we always stay over. All The 4-5 star hotel nowadays (we ever stayed) are provided this for customers to enjoy better coffee.

Everything is well wrap up. I am long term client of this hotel.

The bathroom smelt a bit mouldy. Maybe the humidity. My husband discovered that the toilet hadn't been cleaned behind it properly.

The bed was lovely & comfortable. The room was nice & spacious. All staff were good to deal with.

Rooms were a bit more dated than I would have liked and the air con produced a damp smell. But, the air con worked really well which was a huge relief from the Singapore humidity!

Great location with friendly helpful staff and a good co-working space in the 15th floor. Good value as a business traveller.

Room was quite small, the sliding door on the bathroom was too loud when moving and the lock was broken. View from the windows on 5th floor was right on the parking wall.

The location was very near the malls. However due to CNY nothing was open. Walkable distance to the MRT. And the hotel offered rental umbrellas.

The staff members at breakfast were not very welcoming. They repeatedly gave reminders in an impolite manner to leave the restaurant by 10 am. There was a service member at the breakfast gate who prohibited guests from wearing hotel slippers. Their tone was brusque and resembled a military organisation rather than a hotel. Staff members should undergo training to improve their interactions with guests.

I stayed at the Royal Plaza on Scotts for a duration of 5 nights. The room I had was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. The concierge staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast options were diverse and all the cuisine was halal, which was excellent.

should serve mineral water in the rooms instead of plain drinking water. Or installed direct mineral drinking water from tap in the bathroom.

I chose this hotel because of their halal buffet breakfast but there is not variety of food served. But the taste in each serving are excellent. Even the plain nasi lemak taste good. Hoping for more variety of Singaporean Malay/Chinese spread.

Very unfriendly location for smokers in the hotel's smoking area. If there's a downpour, get ready to receive a cold turkey or risk being fined to smoke under the shelter. If you need a convenience store, there is none within immediate distance too. If there is a corner within the hotel selling some general goods or minimally a vending machine will be good. Screaming kids dashing across at the lobby is also another problem. If this is a 3-star hotel I'd understand..... I saw kids lying on the floor kicking and rolling with no one stopping them. If we step on them, whose fault would that be? Us? The kid's parents? or the hotel?

location was ideal when it's on the very outskirt of Orchard road. Love the breakfast spread and the friendly reception. As a local, we rarely come across a local hotel that will not receive us differently and give better reception to foreigners. Highly recommended for any locals who would want a warm reception during your staycation. Hot water in shower is also prompt and flooring is not slippery when wet. Good for elders. Huge loading bay in front of hotel for coaches. Public bus stop right smack in front of hotel for savvy travellers a plus. Subway is some walk away but not very far. Safety to walk to and fro hotel even late at night. Really nice room generally. My family loves it.
