The location was perfect. Clean modern rooms with all the facilities needed for our holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful with our questions.

Very few negatives. Doorhop was a bit abrupt while helping with luggage during departre

Location was central and easy to get around via public transportation. Rooms were very clean with responsive housekeeping. Enjoyed the roof top pool and very family friendly. Wifi was also good and no trouble with Internet access.

Very well located with the mrt station across the road and only 5 stops or so to Marina Bay sands etc. The room was large and comfortable. It was the perfect base for our family.

It would have been awesome to have a breakfast room.

The location was great, really close to the metro.. Pool was a must on the top floor. Staff was always prompt to help with a smile and everything in the room was comfortable.We are a family with 3 kids and we had two connecting rooms, that helps always a lot!

Exceptional location for getting to MRT

The only negative was paying S$8 for each load of washing and the same again to dry clothes.

A great location with the MRT across the road, taxi/Grab waiting area right outside the front and convenience stores and places to eat so close. Walking distance to the Bugis shopping area and Haji Lane/Arab Street area, where there are great restaurants. Less than a 10 minute drive to attractions like Gardens By The Bay and Marina Bay Sands. There is a great rooftop pool and you can wash and dry your clothes in the laundry room where there are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. It was very quiet at night and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was spacious, loved it, the facilities were excellent had everything that you needed, very clean and tidy, very close to the MRT plus pick up ramp for taxis and buses if required. Very easy to walk to most places of interest. Staff were lovely, always had a smile and very helpful..

Laundry is quite expensive and not enough working machines. The bike at the GYM is a nightmare the ball bearings a cracking loud . Is the same old bike the had it my first stay in 2015. Come on Guys it does not cost the World to get a new bike

Elevators and hallways were not air conditioned.

Across the street from Bencoolen MRt and several other MRT stations within walking distance. Convenience stores and Starbucks nearby. We went to the pool each day for 30 minutes to cool off. It was a great perk.At 9pm at night, we were the only people in the pool and with the city lights, it was amazing. Lots of shelves and places to put your stuff.

Cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. Price was a bit on the high side even though it was not a peak holiday season

Location was great! It was so easy to move around since the MRT station was just opposite of the hotel. Hotel staffs were really friendly and checking in and out was smooth. Kitchen equipments and cooking utensils were sufficient

Only one table and one chair in the living room, so a bit difficult if you wanted to share a meal.

Room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Our bedroom Aircon needed servicing and they fixed it within a few hours. Bathroom was good - shower has good pressure and hot water on tap. Water dispenser with filter was a nice touch. Food court nearby was also great for dinners after a long day out.

The location was so perfect for us very central, Bugis market close by as was Orchard Road, Raffles Hotel and 3 MRT Stations. All staff were friendly and so helpful, we had 2 small maintenance problems which we rectified on the day, can’t get any better than that.

Fantastic apartment with everything you needed for the perfect holiday. All the amenities we needed were supplied for a long stay. We slept well as it was very quiet with just the occasional street noise. Safe was appreciated and the kitchen had all we needed. The apartment was cleaned to a very high stranded.
