A microwave would be a great addition, given there is no oven and only a tiny cooktop. The bath towels were very very small. the shower being handled (not fixed on wall) and no shower curtain/screen made showering a bit frustrating, as water ended up everywhere. Mattresses were just ok and the sofa bed is very creaky.

Beautiful location, warm and cozy, well equipped kitchenette, quiet, very clean. Owner gave us a lot of great info about local wineries and attractions, with maps and contact details provided. Parking was safe and convenient.

Property was great, although a little more remote than we thought and you have to drive in order to reach everywhere.

The owner was very helpful and friendly, offering lots of information about the surrounding area and places to visit. The apartment was well kitted out and clean. Pool was a lovely bonus!

Luka was a friendly and responsive host. The check-in and checkout was smooth. The apartment is very clean, good amenities and spacious enough for us as a couple. There is a good size fridge and kitchenette so we could do some cooking. We particularly liked the pool area with beautiful views over the vineyards. It's a small apartment hotel with not too many other guests so you almost feel like you have the place to yourself!

Not much accessories in the appartement you have to bring or buy everything (dishwasher tablets, hairdryer, salt and pepper,…) but for the reste everything was great

I would not say this is what “I didn’t like”, but just some suggestions to make the place better. we missed a chopping board and some basics like coffee/tea, sugar or kitchen paper. For the rest, the kitchen was well supplied with the basic tools. I know that the apartment is “self catering”, but the other places of the area where we have stayed, at least had the basics (so for example you don’t need to bring your own oil, salt or sugar). The swimming pool was closed as expected, but we never heard anything about the sauna that is advertised. I presume that these facilities are also part of the price. The internet didn’t work. To be honest, it was a first world problem since we had data on our devices, but I guess it is something that other people could complain about. Again, we had a very nice stay and the host was super helpful and nice, but just some suggestions that we believe do not hurt.

Luca was an amazing host. he gave us tons of recommendations to do/eat/drink in the area. the views from the balcony are stunning

There weren't any toilet paper or shower gel, and we didn't prepare with these things, but solved the problem.

The panorama and the pool was amazing. We only spent one night at the apartment, but we are planning to go back with friends. There is an oven in the garden. There are huge balconies to the apartments. The Italian border is only 10 minutes walk, there is a bar on the border.

This is a superb apartment surrounded by vineyards in Vipolže. Luka, the host, went out of his way to ensure that we could reserve a spot for wine tasting at a nearby winery during our 1 night stay at the property (it was a Saturday when almost all wineries were fully booked). The apartment was very clean and equipped with a kitchenette, so best make sure that you're stocked with all supplies before visiting. The terrace boasts incredible views of the surrounding vineyards where one can wind down after a long day. Highly recommended.

The host was at the property expecting and welcoming us. Right away, he presented us with the most known sightseeings and was very informative about the places and wineyards that we should visit. The apartment was great, clean and with everything needed in terms of amenities. The balcony had an absolutely gorgeous view to the surrounding wineyards. The pool was clean and well maintained. The host prepared a basket of local food (fruits amd vegetables) each day for us to take. Overall, an amazing experience!
