Sauna was mentioned in listing but there wasn’t one. Not a big deal, but we were surprised that description was so inaccurate.

Excellent location near to Lake Bohinj and Triglav National Park. Super-helpful host who gave us a welcome drink on arrival and took time to give us activity and restaurant recommendations. Apartment was quiet and spacious.

The kitchen and bathroom were very small. The apartment could be updated. The water in the shower would go from hot to cold to hot. The play area outside was falling apart, broken chairs. Still had a trampoline and playhouse my daughter enjoyed. Despite these things we did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

The apartment was very comfortable thanks to the comfortable bed and the air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom were very small as stated in other reviews but it fit our family well (two adults, toddler and baby). We had a great view out of our window and we would absolutely stay again.

Simple but clean apartments with wonderful views of the mountains from our balcony. Mavrica is in Stara Fuzina with direct access to some lovely trails to Lake Bohinj or up the Mostnica gorge. The apartments are on a quiet road about 5 mins from the centre of Stara Fuzina. Lovely owners....we were welcomed (and sent away) with some local fruit schnapps!

Only thing that the kitchen was a bit small for us (we were two), though it was well equipped.

Best thing is both the owners of the place (so helpful, they welcomed us with some homemade brewery, and gave specific tips to move around), and the location -> great for Bohinj's lake activities, Hiking in the Triglav sourrondings....there is so many things to do here.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Idyllic views all around. It's less than a 15 minute walk to the lake with beautiful views as you go. There are also restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance (I didn't have a car). There are lots of brilliant activities available nearby too. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

If I were to nitpick then I would say the WiFi connection was patchy. But it was a minor issue for us.

The greatest location ever and the host were just so so nice. Apartment had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the playground as well.

Everything was perfect!

everything was perfect! the contact with the owners - they replied immediately to all my messages and they were also very kind. Upon our arrival we were given home made spirits and some advice regarding the touristic attractions around. It felt like a stay with a family :) The apartment was very clean, greatly equipped (there was even a coffee maker in the kitchen) and with a balcony overviewing Triglav:). It’s very near to the shop and about 10 minutes walk to the lake. and last but not least, you wouldn’t find anything cheaper for that great quality in Bohinj:)

The rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Lots of the extra items are available but only for a charge which wasn't very clear in the listing. The kitchen area was very small, so a bit difficult if you do want to cook for yourself

The room was very small. we ordered a 45 MR room in the ground floor ant got a smaller room in the second floor. the water in the shower was not flowing properly, the room was really old, the kitchen was too small to cook (not like in the pictures) the aircondition was not cooling if we would know all this things we wouldn't go to this place

The host was wonderfull very halpfull and polite they tried to help us with everithing.

We booked an apartment with a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. Based on the photos, it looked great – private entrance, a spacious kitchen and an oven (which is a must for us). However when we arrived the apartment the owners offered was nothing close to what we booked. The kitchen did not have an oven, the freezer door in the refrigerator was missing (therefore nothing froze) and the microwave was on a shelf at the ceiling level and in order to use it you had to stand on a chair. In fairness, they did provide access to an oven in the basement, but this is hardly what we paid for. When we pointed out to the owners how disappointed we were they did not apologize for apparent lying and refused to give a refund. At the time they said there were no more units available and if we didn’t like it we should find another place. Moreover they lied to Booking.com by saying that we actually got a better apartment than what we had booked. I am attaching pictures to this review - screen captures of what we booked and paid for and pictures of what we actually got. Every apartment listed says it has an oven, by the way. In a nutshell - you do not get what you pay for. Avoid this place!

bicycles. very nice it is a free rental, but some of them had rusty parts and my friend couldn't ride safely down the hill after coming back from the waterfall. They need to be serviced urgently!

HEALTH RISK AT THIS APARTMENT! The toilet lid was completely loose and there was heavy mould all over the bathroom (see uploaded pictures). The black mould grew on the ceiling and also in between the tiles. My friends and me started to sneeze and cough heavily all the time after we used the bathroom. After addressing the owners of this property, they just said that nobody has complained about that before and this is why they don't see what's the problem. They claimed to only paint the walls after our departure...
