The hotel is within the ZTL so you need a pass to drive within the walls. Not a big issue just a little awkward as you must first park outside and walk to the hotel (5 mins) to receive a pass.

Great location just inside the city walls. Staff were really helpful. Really close to all the attractions. Great views from some of the seating areas.

Not a deal breaker but, as other reviews have also pointed out, the rooms are not very soundproof, meaning you can hear the doors of other rooms down the hallway opening and closing etc., probably not ideal for very light sleepers.

Really nice and clean hotel in a great location. Check-in and check-out without issues and the staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for things to do and see. The included breakfast was perfect with a large selection and freshly made beverages. Overall definitely recommend staying here when visiting San Marino.

Room at the top of the hotel, woke up second morning in the clouds, very eery, but fun. Lovely lovely staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, set you up for all the walking up and down San Marino museums and castles, views were amazing. Park in P6 walk 2 minutes to the hotel collect your permit and drive through the archway turn right to the hotel parking right outside, which was much appreciated. If you want a real Italian meal from an Italian family restaurant you must go to Ritrovo Dei Lavoratori, food and wine were superb, fillet steak melted in your mouth, staff were so friendly, such a reasonably priced establishment for excellent food. Did not rate La Fratta at all, sub standard food and wine was awful, we left half the food and wine. Would definitely stay in Hotel Rosa again, bathroom very small, but excellent shower and everything was spotlessly clean.

The owner And everyone was Just perfect And totally helpfull. Location was Best in the city And view... Stanishing. I really recomend it, but pay little extra for better room with view is it worth it.

The location is great. The view is amazing. Also Hotel own carparkin is must if you come by own car. Very quiet place and close to all in the old town.

The problems were related to the location - narrow, difficult to get around, especially by car. Still, visitors should be aware of where they are going and the inevitable difficulties in such places. It was surprising that most shopkeepers and restaurateurs treated their jobs like clerks - closing after 17.30 - 18.00.

The hotel has a great location and totally covers the idea of historicity in San Marino. It is located in the heart of the old town. Great breakfast. Welcoming staff. Hotel offers covered parking which is a great advantage.

It’s a very small thing, but the doors make a lot of noise when they close (by themselves), so in the morning we were woken up by the slamming of the doors of the other guests who had left their rooms earlier than us.

Great location literally at the top of San Marino, turn the corner from the main entrance to the hotel and you’re at the most famous fortresses & landmarks! Super friendly staff, and very clean and comfortable! 10/10 overall, definitely reccommend!

Only a minor thing - ventilator in the bathroom, which turns on together with light, was very loud and noisy; maybe, some maintenance or replacement would be nice. Overall, we truly enjoyed the stay, and can definitely recommend the property, and will choose it again should we be back to San Marino.

Excellent location, just under the Guaita tower and in the old town of San Marino. Comfortable room (bed, pillows choice, bathroom) and great view. Adequate breakfast with decent coffee from barista machine.

The location is unbeatable. In the center of everything. The bed is comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was great and the bar downstairs served great coffee. The staff were helpful and very informative. Sam Moreno was quaint and lovely but everything is either up or down, as you would expect. Had three great days

We were here two nights in the off season and San Marino was beautiful and quiet. We loved having the private parking available. Parked our car on arrival and then walked everywhere we wanted to go during our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee really good.

Stayed one night and had a completely positive experience. The location is certainly hard to beat, the room was very clean, very nice staff, spacious bathroom with a nice shower, beds were on the softer side and I love that, it was quiet and I slept perfectly. There's a terrace on the 3rd floor offering wonderful westward views. Breakfast is included and there's plenty of choices.
