The breakfast choices are somewhat limited. Hotel staff could be more proactive in collecting garbage from the beach/sea during the day. Some of the lounge chairs are broken.

Beautiful location with amazing sunsets. The room was spacious, even with an additional bed for kids. Transfer with hotel shuttle boat was very smooth and efficient. The staff are very friendly. Hotel restaurant offers a good choice of food (also international food) for a good value.

The food and drinks were super inflated in price! Best to eat and drink at places down the beach. The Italian restaurant O has the best food and great wine selection.

To be honest the breakfast was not the best for the price your paying. Food in general was hit and miss Overpriced small "cans" of beer All a bit underwhelming apart from the location

Ok so you paying for a premium location here one of the best beaches with crystal clear shallow sea. Staff were all helpful Great speed boat transfer back to the mainland

Accommodation more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for!

Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful, comfortable room with pool and ocean views with clear, clean water. Excellent snorkelling a short boat ride away.. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Service excellent!

The staff are well mannered, but they make a lot of mistakes and all they do is appologize. for example They forgot to book the ferry and just say "Sorry". well, I have lost half a day and the staff were sorry! it can also be due to the language barrier! I dont know

The rooms are clean and big enough, well decorated and comfortable, the view is incredible. the Hotel in located in an isolated beach. We loved the silence, the clean and clear beach and the relaxation.

More information would habe been great - figuring out on your own how sports gear at the beach, massages, and snorkeling tours worked was a bit annoying, since out time there was limited At the end it still wasn’t clear if you have to pay to use the canoes or not Getting soymilk and other vegan products at the breakfast was a huge struggle, the staff didn’t remember to provide it again the next morning and ran out the last day It also would have been great to know that reservations are needed for the restaurant on Friday nights, on out last evening we were supposed to sit in some corner - not at the beach - we ended up going to another hotel for dinner Some of the staff also doesn’t speak English…

The staff were excellent and always made us feel safe and welcome. They were willing to go the extra mile to make our experience that more special. The atmosphere of the resort was incredible and an unbelievable break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I think that the hotel should be more respectfull for the environnement. The swimming pool/beach towel should be given for the lenght of the stay to save water . We stay 3 days, so we can use the towel 3 days and not asking a new one each time we go to the swimming pool or beach.You should have a system to shut down electricity if the key are not in the room. And then instead of giving small bottle of water you could consider a fountain for the guest. (Less plastic) I guess the plastic straw packaged in paper should be forbidden (it is not necessary). And may be a small awareness to the guess to explain that the beach is not an ashtrey. I found cigarette on the beach close to the long relax chair. I put it on the garbage.

The shower had only one fixed shower head. The A/C was a bit noisy.

The comfort and aesthetic of the room, the atmosphere, the lobby, the staff, the pool. Great privacy in the terraced rooms. Breakfast was simply sumptuous.

The location, at the idyllic and quiet end of Koh Samed’s best beach, is amazing. The cottage was spacious, clean and beautifully designed in a classic colonial / island resort style, with a super comfy bed and pillows. Walking down through the well-kept lush tropical gardens to the infinity pool, beach and dining area every morning was a dream. Our kids loved the pools and easy access to a safe and pristine beach (the seawater was the temperature of a warm bath!) I recommend hiring the kayaks or stand-up paddle boards (but do ask for a quick lesson before you head out). The staff were welcoming and helpful. You also get access to the facilities at the sister hotels along the beach (such as the gym and pools).
