There is a swimming pool suitable for all ages. The location is convenient to travel. The room is spacious, the mattress is soft, the air conditioning is cool.

The new room was abit old and the toilet didnt flush right away.

We first got a room wich the airconditioning didnt work properly. After complaining we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room on the pool. So a very good service

Beach bars are noisy at night, not at hotels fault of course but annoying nevertheless.

Some rooms have noise disturbance from the restaurant across the street. This could be mentioned. Could not sleep without earplugs. Breakfast was good, selection OK. Refilling the items did not work well. Staff did not keep an eye on items and only noticed when the plates/heaters were empty and then refilling took long time.

The pool was nice but the pool bottom is all small tiles and uneven in places. Gave me the heebie jeebies. This is a personal phobia though.

The location was awesome with a close night market (10 minute walk). The hotel was quite nice with bunkbeds suitable for kids.the breakfast buffet was great with lots of options.

Not many sunbeds around the pool and people got sunbeds early in the morning and and left their towels on them all day so they come back whenever they likes very sailfish Also, I don't like having a shower in a bathtub with a plastic curtain along the side In the room the net curtains didn't meet in the middle. You had a 25 cm gap so to get dressed you either drew the curtains or got dressed in the bathroom

Location was the best. The sea was right across the road. Good food. Night market within walking distance.

The pool was quite small and the sun beds all crowded closely together which made moving between them difficult. Because of this we didn’t use the area much especially as guests would leave towels on the beds first thing and not use the beds until much later! There seemed to be no policy against this. The hotel is also used by your companies which during school holidays meant lots of children using the pool and therefore there was no space to swim. Like many hotels in Thailand it could do with cosmetic updating, Howe this did not distract from the quality of service. The bar across the road was noisy at night with live music but always stopped by midnight.

The room was a good size, good storage, although not enough hangers (that said we didn’t ask for more!) The location was, for us, the best in Ao Nang, quiet yet still easy access to night market, restaurants, bars and long tail boats. Room service food was good and arrived quickly. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in our room was really not good. :/ It was extremely old, dingy and moldy in some spots of the bathtub and the floors. It could use some renovations… I was not comfortable taking a shower in those conditions at all.

Location is amazing! Swimming pool was great, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Overall the hotel feels a bit old but cleanliness was okay with some misses. Pool towel deposit was a bit of an inconvenience. Charges for the extra bed was very high.

The room was good and faced the pool. Connecting door to the next room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good with the pastries being notably good. So were the Thai food like the Padthai. Staff overall were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice although for some reason the last 2 days of my stay the filter was not turned on which made the pool water a bit dirty. Location was good as it faced the sea though it was mostly blocked, and.a short walk to the shops.

I did book a room with a pool view, but was given a room with a view on to the roof of the reception. Not the worst but I wasn't pleased either. They also have no laundry service.

I loved staying here because it was a nice quiet part of town, away from all the craziness. The pool was beautiful and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was great (lots of options) and my room was very comfortable and private.
