Very far from the beach if you prefer walking, there are a few shuttle services though. Lots of mosquitos. There s no proper coffee for the breakfast as they serve instant one

Some of the facilities need upgrading e.g. the tiles in the small kids pool area coming off and need replacement. The floor area around the kids pool is worn also and needs replacement.

Small stove could do with an upgrade. It did look like they started to upgrade room but the dark wood still makes it look old.

Was upgraded to family room when we arrived that we a pleasant surprise. Room spacious and close to the beautiful pool. Was nice to have a big fridge.

Way too many Russian tourists, who unfortunately were very rude loud and inconsiderate. No clue how to line up, say thank you or realize that not everyone likes to be around cigarette smoke! We have Travelled so much and this lack of simple manners is foreign to us .

A great hotel in a good location. Very close to shops and restaurants, free shuttle to the beach. Very good variety of breakfast choices, every day something new to try. I took Thai cooking classes with chef Ngek and it was great fun. We cooked together 4 Thai classics that we could than later enjoy with my family. Highly recommend! The highlight of the resort is the staff, helpful and very friendly, making our stay exceptional. Special thanks to Aoy, Kla, Mark and Wut who were helping us many times and even bringing a soothing balm when my little one got stung be a wasp. Thank you again, we come back next year.

Location of hotel is not great as club med is between resort and beach. It’s only a 10+ minute walk to beach but it’s so humid I’d wish I’d booked away from club med. Resort feels rundown particularly for cost. Mould around water feature in pool. One if our closet doors wouldn’t open. Games area on concrete and not inviting. Food in restaurant very expensive and not great. Beach lounges get taken early in morning despite people not being there.

Kids liked the pools. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Massage / braiding place across the Rd from resort fabulous.

The hotel rooms for sure need to be updated. There were so many things that needed fixing like the door handle that was about to fall off the bathroom door, the wire shelving units kept falling through if you put anything remotely heavy on it. The shelf where the towels were kept in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall off the wall and the light in the shower sometimes worked... the glass doors to the balcony moved in the wind which was at times alarming. Despite all of that, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. If you are worried about your kids messing up the room and breaking things, there's no need for that here so in a way, there's less pressure regarding that. Not that we'd let the kids go crazy in the room but well, kids are kids and things happen! Also, some rooms have doors that face a building that had really loud music at night. That didn't bother us so much but if you have light sleepers, it could be an issue.

I loved the staff at the breakfast buffet, the restaurant and the guys at the front desk who dealt with transportation. They were all so kind and tried to help us out however they could. The location was also great. The open air restaurant that was close to the hotel was super delicious and really affordable. The pool with the slide was also great for the kids. They played and swam there for hours!

Probably the hotel rooms might need a bit of a renovation soon. They are older style. But the rooms are very clean.

The staff were all really nice. Particularly the breakfast staff. They were all lovely but one staff member made me smile every day, I think his name was Kla. :) The hotel is in good proximity to restaurants and shops but a little far from the beach but the free shuttle bus to the beach is a good service.

Very quiet hotel and at the same time very close to the Main Street with restaurants, markets and spas, and to the beach. The swimming pools were wonderful as was the food.

It was a little expensive for what it was, but think that’s down to location. Kata Beach was insanely busy and wasn’t really for us, so felt like a lot of money in comparison with the quieter more serene and magical) islands
