This place is paradise, the perfect disconnect to enjoy peace, quiet and connecting with nature. The Kayaks and Bicycles being free to use is an amazing touch. I extended my stay because I was so comfortable here.

Wonderful location ..balcony with hammock looking onto beach. Communal bar /relaxation area with pool beautiful looking out to sea. Bikes and kayaks free to use + snorkels.. Lovely walk ..ride to Bao Bao pier and beach. Could of stayed all winter!!

Our mattress was a bit stiff and somehow really warm to sleep on, though that is my first world kind of complaint. I still could sleep pretty okay! Bathroom had no window.

Great property with beautiful sea view from the lobby / restaurant. You will literally be chilling above the waves of a rocky beach. We rented out the free kayaks and bikes and had a wonderful time kayaking to a beautiful sand beach, 30m away. It was thrilling as we kayaked underneath the pier. There is a very cute dog and a couple of friendly cats. And a turtle! Loved my stay, would recommend for people with no back issues.

I was in one of the top bungalows. Wonderful view but room was quite small, and not enough furniture/space to properly unpack. It would be ok for a few days but since I stayed for 2 weeks, I was hoping to be able to get my stuff a bit more organized, instead of living off my suitcase. Bed was not very comfortable. A hammock in the balcony would have been nice. Bathroom was quite small, without a shelf to put stuff on (shampoo, toothbrush, etc.). A lot of ants in the room too. But all in all, since I didn't stay in my room much, and the vibes were so amazing, I still loved my 2 weeks over there. It was good value, and I might go back!

I loved the quiet location, the views, the laid-back atmosphere of the common areas, the friendly staff, the restaurant onsite, the bikes available to go around for free, and how easy it was to organize tours, dives, the trip back to Bangkok, and everything I needed.

Wonderful location, very quiet, friendly and helpful stuff. Easy to reach Ban Bao but bike, kayak or to walk. The tents on the cliff were just amazing - sunset view from your own deck! Food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious.

The location is wonderful! We had a room overlooking the rocky bay & it was magical to wake up to that view! The staff are super friendly & helpful, and we loved the dog, Mr Puki!

The door to the balcony was faulty and would sometimes fall off when we tried to open it but it wasn’t a big problem.

Great quiet chilled place, free kayaks and snorkelling equipment for guests. Really nice chill out area and restraunt. Staff were very nice. We would stay again

We loved our stay at Cliffe Cottage so we booked an extra 2 nights. The facilities were excellent, with free kayaking, snorkelling and push bikes The location was the best. A little walk in the jungle if you don't have a motorbike but very nice especially if you bump into the monkeys along the way. We would highly recommend it. We will be returning. Thanks

Tents not suitable if you have any disadvantages physically/ ability wise, as up very steep steps. Toilet a little far. There was only 1 little shop close to us, but for us that was fine as we wanted a very quiet relaxing time.

Me and my friend shared the Mongolian tent, single bed each, it was on the cliff top, beautiful surrounding, you could hear the waves. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, the toilets were a little walk, so in the middle of the night we went wild. We stayed during Xmas the value for money was great, although food and drinks did add up, but happy hour was appreciated. Beautiful seating area with hammocks, quiet and easy to relax, cute pool, beautiful beach on the other side, where you can use kayaks.

A bit pricey but it's worth it. If the breakfast was included, that would have been pitch perfect!

Maybe the best place to stay in Koh Chang if you like i quiet and away from the crowd, close to nature. We loved it. Very nice and friendly staff. Good comfortable room with a view to the beach. Nice breakfast. Perfect location - private beach good for snorkeling, next to the pier and the shops but very local, like living in a village.

Everything! When I arrived after a long trip to be welcomed so kindly! The staff are amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and I was in heaven. I stayed 4 nights in bungalow 15. The views were wonderful. Steps up to room but it is worth it. Would recommend if you are looking for some peace! Snorkelling and bikes free! I would definitely go back when I’m back in Koh Chang! Thank you!

You only need one word for this resort and that word is Paradise. Accommodation 10 out of 10,food and drink 10 out of 10 ,staff 10 out of 10,lots to do,guests can use bicycles free of charge also can take the canoes out free of charge,hire mopeds daily to see the rest of the island.Snorkel from the bay infront of the restaurant ,take a walk or cycle to Bang Bao Pier fishing village and experience what many of the shops ,restaurants and bars have to offer.Or the flip side to this is you can actually take a book and just chill out the whole time you are here.Highly recommend a visit .

Not really a big deal but the first few days, it was dark going up to the bungalows at night as there were no lights so we used our phone's flashlight. The light outside our room was not working throughout our stay (we notified them about it but it was not fixed). They were able to put some lights up there when other guests on the other bungalows arrived.

📌 I really like the bungalow that we have booked (the first one from the stairs, first one on the right if facing the restaurant) because of the clear view of the sea. I looked at the weather before we went to the island and the forecast said there will be frequent rain throughout the days of our stay so I figured it would still be great to sit on the balcony even if it did and it did NOT disappoint! The view in the morning and evening was glorious, and paired with the sound of the waves, was just absolute heaven! We were able to rest well as it is also located in the quiet part of the island. It's also near Bang Bao Village which has a 7/11 and other places where you can shop and eat. You can also just chill on the beach chairs or the restaurant and admire the view. You can snorkel or kayak or just bike around the area (all for free!) if you have no solid plans for the day. 📌 The staff and the animals in the property (cats and dog) was just really sweet. The staff were also really accommodating. Our booking came with a free breakfast and it was good. Also, you must take advantage of the restaurant's Happy Hour as the drinks are discounted! (Wasn't able to see it for the first few days, sad 🙁) Their food is delicious as well. 📌 The room itself was not so big but was comfortable with a ref and a kettle. The air conditioner works well and the water pressure was great. The room is cleaned every 2-3 days. The bed was comfy and we were also able to request an additional blanket. Overall, I highly recommend this place for the price and the quality of stay. (Just realized I wasn't able to take a pic of the inside of our room 😣). 💡 We rented a motorbike from the ferry pier in Trat as the location of the property is, uhhm, quite far from the Sapparot Pier. But soooo worth it! Be careful when driving as the road has sharp curves and are really steep on some areas. P.S. Do NOT feed the monkeys. ☺️

Cliff Cottage is the perfect spot away from everything on Koh Chang. The staff was so nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfy with excellent views, and the food is excellent. Would love to stay again next time I come to Koh Chang!

Not the Resorts fault at ALL..... some litter from the ocean that washes up on the rocks. Tourists need to keep their own litter in a bag when taking a boat trip and dispose of it themselves, litter does not miraculously decompose.....especially plastic and tin cans.

Comfy clean beds. Hot water and good shower pressure. Kind helpful staff. Great selection of food. Close to attractions and surrounding beaches. Bike rental affordable and hasstle free. Quiet location with majestic views whilst sitting on your own patio or that at the main lapa area. Small but adequate clean splash pool . Will deffinatly visit again.

Bang Bao is quite far from the port and depending on when you come it can be really expensive to get here! Otherwise we really liked being in Bang Bao.

Perfect little rooms and a great restaurant and hanging out area. Lots of cats and a nice dog that hang around, and the staff are really helpful. Also fantastic spots to watch the sunset!
